Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que

This location is a much smaller location than others. Counter ordering. Some seating.

The food is really good just like all other Famous Dave’s I tried. What was odd, and I haven’t been to Famous Dave’s in a while, is that my ribs were served wet, with sauce on them. At all other locations they have always been served dry, so I can enjoy the wonderful rub they use.

I don’t know if this is a permanent change, or just this location this one time.

The food was delicious. The ribs were great. It seemed the slaw is different also.

I’ll gladly stop here again, but I might have to tell them to hold the sauce.

My husband and I went here to eat late at night. We were the only table and the cashier was friendly. It was our first time eating here so the cashier explained how to order. Our food got to us pretty quickly and the food was plentiful. We got the Feast for Two, which I think can be eaten by 4 people because of the portion size. Everything tasted really great! I would eat here again.

Amazing bbq especially if you ask for their special hot sauce. 🔥 it is super spicy so be careful do not touch your face or eyes by accident. Meat was tender and full or flavor. Their pies were amazing as well!

Staffs were super friendly and attentive.

Seating were sort of blocked from other tables so it felt private.

Overall, will come back.

I'd never been to this location and thought it would just be a normal chain restaurant, but I was very wrong! It honestly felt like I time traveled back to a 50's movie - cool decor, pleasant service from the cashier/server, great food at a very reasonable price, and the manager even stopped by to chat! Just a very refreshing and enjoyable experience all around!

Plenty of parking, smallish but cozy, clean dining inside, friendly staff, 15 min wait for the food but immediate seating. The food was outstanding!

I treated a co-worker and we went there to try the lunch menu which offered 10 meals under $10 and Everything went very well , the selection was plentiful my meal was delicious I ordered the chicken strips the portion was generous I was very satisfied and I will definitely be back again

SUPER BUSY on Sunday 5/28/23, but I ran in to just get a piece of lemon cake. I ordered online, when I was standing IN LINE, and it still took 15 min, but I didn't mind waiting. Just a heads up to anyone ordering like that. I did check on my order, to the cashier, to make sure it didn't get lost. The cashier this day was alerting all future orders that it was a 45 min wait. I thought that was really nice. Some people stayed, some left. I asked for extra raspberry sauce. This cake is sooooo worth the $9.75 original price! Everyone working this day was working their tushies off!

Always a great experience at this location! Food is always amazing, staff is friendly and very nice. Great place for a quick lunch, will be back!

Love famous Dave’s, the service is wonderful and the food is also amazing. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

It was more fast food vibe. to me I have visited the one in Sioux falls SD and they are way to different places in my book.

The manager Blake offered me and my wife some awesome dry-rubbed ribs and they were the bomb 💣.

This $10 lunch deal was amazing, you have to try the Ultimate Burger!! The service was kind and friendly, the meal was perfect.

Just ate the staff was great. There was miscommunication with with order and brocoli, but the manager took care of it right away and was super helpful!

Half rack ribs, rib tips, beans and coleslaw were ready in an instant. No really. Fast AND fresh is impossible in 2024.

I always forget how good the food is here. Solid smoked and barbeque offerings (natch) and all the accompanying accoutrements. The only reason I marked off slightly was because they were just busy enough that we had to move aside a tray to get the table we wanted, but otherwise very clean and welcoming. The food of course is the star, and it's lights out. There is a reason that Famous Dave's is a Minnesota institution. Must go, repeat, and be reminded.

We had a lovely experience at the Plymouth Famous Dave's! First I have to say that I was impressed and grateful by the friendliness of the people working there! They were so welcoming to everyone I saw them interact with. It was very refreshing to see.

Our food, as always, was great as well. We love their cheddar jalapeno sausage and their cornbread. It is unmatched in local barbeque places. Everything else was fantastic, and it's indicative of a consistent approach to cooking BBQ. They also have great lunch options.

The decor at this location created a charming atmosphere that was only improved by the great staff in the front and back. I will definitely return to this location!

We decided to use this establishment for Christmas evening dinner & it was awesome! We ordered the "All American BBQ Feast" & it was EVERYTHING they said it would be. The "ribs" were outstanding, not fatty at all! We'll be doing this again! A great value & time saver!

Great service and food received today at this location. Had the 2 meat lunch with pulled pork and brisket and it was delicous! The woman at the counter who took our order was so very nice and polite. Everything was great today at this visit!

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was good. Don’t need much more than that. I left full and satisfied.
