In Hot Water Coffee Shop

We were only in town this weekend, cute coffee stop. Very busy/crowded, but that's to be expected for a Saturday morning!

What an amazing coffee shop! The people that work here are super cool!! Especially this one girl by the name of Violet! She can make a mean dirty hip! Please consider expanding your business to the Fort Collins area in northern colorado!

Wow! What can I say…. I love this place. Highly recommend!! I had an amazing barista! The coffee is fab dab!! Don’t get me started on the soup or scones…..❤

Delightful gem in a charming area. Pleasant ambience with art, a lending library, and plenty of options. My wife's chai latte was very well-balanced. My cortado was a bit nontraditional but delicious. No pics of our to-go coffees, but we did leave with a mug.

I absolutely love this place! And because they are kind and friendly is why I continue to keep going there for the last 3 to 4 years!

I am a huge coffee and sweets fan, and this place DELIVERS!! The coffee, perfection. I got an americano with a little bit of flavor and it was to die for. My sweet? A gluten free monster cookie. I'm not gluten free, and they were right: you don't even miss it. If I was looking to convert, this cookie would be the one to make me leave gluten for good. Cheers, ladies! You crushed it ☕

Great coffee shop. Atmosphere is amazing. Super comfortable inside. A lot of space for a small town coffee shop. Great coffee. Excelente scones. Home made! It was very busy which is encouraging. Wonderful that Annandale has such a Jem!

We've always loved the coffee and baked goods, but it's even better in the new location! Delicious options for a nice breakfast or lunch, great coffee and the best scones around! Lots of comfortable seating options and we especially love the displays of student artwork from the local school!

The iced americanos are beyond delish, the service is speedy + kind and those lemon cookies will turn around the toughest of days. In Hot Water is pretty much perfection!

Lovely place! I got the naughty berry latte several times while on vacation nearby and it was wonderful. Some people were playing music and singing outside, my kids and I made some chalk art... it's a fun atmosphere. Also the key lime scone was delicious.

In Hot Water has a welcoming atmosphere, wonderful customer service, they showcase local art all over their shop, are community involved, and have some of the best coffee I have ever had!
If you are looking for a sweet escape to relax or simply need a pick me up, In Hot Water is the place to be!

I visited this past winter when we were in Annandale for the first time. I was so impressed with the quality of coffee and the quality of their baked goods. When I came back recently for three weeks on the lake, I was even more impressed to find out they’ve been in business 21 years! No wonder! They make all of their scones and and baked goods on a daily basis beginning as early as 3:30 in the morning. Everyone has been super friendly-so helpful and the eggs in a cup are OUTSTANDING! Keep up the great work. Best Americano around!

Quick friendly service. I liked their breakfast grilled cheese and the chai latte I had.

Wow, what a gem tucked in Annandale. If I lived closer I would come everyday. Love music Friday morning was a hit for my whole family.

Scones were excellent! Even though they were extremely busy; the staff were friendly and our order was delivered quickly.

We love visiting this coffee shop, especially on Saturday mornings in the summer when the farmers market is right outside it. The coffee is excellent and the baked goods are delicious. It’s a cute place with a cozy small town vibe inside.

Great local coffee shop! Lunch sandwiches and beverages were delicious and fresh. Would definitely stop in again!

Nothing like a good ol’ cup of joe to start off the day! I love the milk this place uses in their lattes!!
