Hollywood Feed

The staff at Hollywood feed are so beyond amazing. They’re incredibly friendly with pets and owners, they love to help or give helpful recommendations for products, and they make my pups feel so welcomed. The staff here deserve the best as they treat their customers with the upmost respect and try to help them in anyway possible. Not only are they a great staff that can work well together but it they also help animal shelters in the local area. Shelters receive supply donations and can run events with Hollywood feed which is incredible! Overall, I recommend this place to anyone with a pet. Hollywood feed/pet people has wonderful products and deals that can’t be beat!! Please go to this store- you will not regret it!!!

This Pet People store is exceptional! Every time I go in, I am given attentive help as to the best products to purchase. The toys I’ve bought have lasted quite some time and I love the unique products they have. My pets love their toys/treats even more. Josh has specifically helped me in the store many times. He is professional while being easygoing and relating to me on all things pet-related. His suggestions have worked out well for my dog and cat. I’m grateful he works at the store. This is my favorite pet store and it’s worth your time to check it out.

Wonderful visit. Went in with little to no knowledge about dogs and treats for puppies, and the staff was more than happy to help. Luke gave me the full rundown of good treats for dogs and cats, as I was buying for my cat and a friend's new puppy. Would go back again for sure :D

Great customer service! I was shown several products that would fit was I was shopping for and was able to choose which ones i wanted. There are so many great products for your pet in the store that you can’t find anywhere else!

Great customer service, proactively reach out about our food special orders, always have a treat if we bring a dog in when shopping, and overall high quality brands.

My daughter and I stopped in last night and truly enjoyed our visit. The man and woman staff members were very helpful in helping us choose a new diet for our animals. Will definitely return!

I love Hollywood Feed on Airport hwy!! The customer service is amazing! When you walk in you’re greeted they’re very friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. This store smells sooo good even with the bath stations in the back! My Pebbles loves the attention she gets and the snacks and just yesterday they gave her a toy! Superb place! Pebbles approved!

We love our trips to PetPeople/Hollywood Feed in Holland! They know our Rosie by name and Rosie absolutely adores the people there. They’re incredibly kind and always have great suggestions for toys, treats, and more! ☺

Great staff. Everyone there is very helpful. I needed a harness for my hard-to-fit Aussie Doodle and they helped me to find the right one and helped me to adjust it to him as well. Very patient and kind!

Stopped in for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, well laid out store, lots of options, and a great do it yourself dog washing station. The staff did a great job helping and answering all questions.

This store has exceptional quality animal food. The staff was very knowledgeable. If you're watching your diet, your animal also needs a clean diet for their health.

They are always incredibly kind, paitent, and extremely helpful! The employees are always incredibly kind to our dog and give her treats. The self grooming area in the back is absolutely unbeatable and I haven't washed my dog anywhere but with them since.

Very helpful staff. They asked what I needed and they walked me to each section. Very knowledgable. The store has lots of items and very clean. Better than Pet Smart. Have me sales flyer. Told me about returns and how they donate unused items. Very impressed.

The team member was so nice and helpful! I wish I could remember his name, but he worked on January 17th at 5:30. I will be back for sure!

Unfortunately, I had a return because our dog passed away. They were very compassionate and caring for my loss.

I went today for the self service dog washing stations. I’ve never been in the store before but I will be back regularly now! I was greeted immediately! The employees went over everything and showed me where everything was. The staff was so incredibly kind and the facility is clean. I also purchased a treat for my pup and the staff asked if they could give my dog a treat and then asked if she had any dietary restrictions or allergies before giving her one. What an awesome and informed staff! We look forward to going back! Wish I would’ve gone sooner!

Much calmer environment then most pet stores and they carry brands that most other pet stores don't.
