Whataburger

Stopped by on a Tuesday morning cuz I had a free patty melt meal coupon on the app and I had a great experience tbh

I picked curbside originally for my mobile order and was 10 mins early so I decided to just wait inside. The manager (I assume because of the gray shirt, sadly no name tag) was full of joy and actively interacting with all the customers that came in. I notified an employee named Jose that I had a curbside order but was super early. Jose said he was waiting to clock in but he’ll help me out as soon as he clocks in. He kept his word and made sure to continually update me with the progress of my order which was nice 👍🏼 I really was in zero rush but you could tell he was acting with urgency.

Def was an unexpected but great experience haha Food was same ole - I always recommend a patty melt with added grilled jalapeños. I added lettuce today for *~health*~ 😂

Got there just before 1am friday. Not terribly busy, but a rush followed us in. Service was quick, even though the woman apologized for being slow. The food was fresh and prepared perfectly. Thanks y'all.

Update: Caleb the Team Lead needs to cheer up! Always looks like he hates his job.

This whataburger has improved so much, thisnis the best I have seen as far as fresh food and good solid service. The only knock is the outside cashier most of them are extremely disgruntled lol.

Today was one of the very few really good experiences I have had in a long time here. The drive thru order taker, Sam, was very helpful. He spoke loud and clearly. He asked questions about modifications to make sure I didn’t forget anything. The person handing out the food was nice, respectful and asked beforehand if I would like a drink carrier. The food came out nice, hot, and organized. Very good experience for a Saturday during lunch rush!

I had a good experience at this whataburger. The lady at the drive through standing outside took my order and was very nice and friendly! Worker at the drive thru window was nice and food tasted good for this whataburger run! Tried a whataburger in Rockwall, Tx and sometimes it can be hit or miss!

What a wings are awesome! Keep them coming! The staff at 1pm on Saturday 3/23 where very helpful and awesome!

One of the very few fast food places I can go on my way home and know I will get hot and fresh food.

Haven’t been to a Whataburger in so long because they have been a mess. THIS location is doing it right! It is clean, the order came out fast and correct, the staff (and manager CC) were friendly and helpful. The front even did some practice orders to help train a new employee so that he is ready for customers. Will definitely be back more!

Update: At this store this morning, as I was not hungry my party's eat. I watch as the team worked very hard to keep up. And they all had a great smile on . I want to say:
Great job it is good to see a team WORK TOGETHER as they guys did.

Friendliest staff I’ve experienced yet at Whataburger and I could tell the food was freshly made!

Food is always freshly made. The only problem is that everything is pricey!! They have a new burger that's deelishious, but it's almost $10 bucks!! If you get combo, it's like 12+ bucks...

Just went through the drive thru and Sam took our order around 10:10 am. He was amazing and in my opinion is one of the best workers at the location! He deserves a raise!

I’m leaving 5 stars, not for the restaurant itself, but for one of their employees. David was awesome! He is so polite and took care of an issue for us with a smile on his face. He made such an impression on me in the few short minutes that we interacted. Thank you David for your kindness! Keep it up!

I asked the drive though guy what he like to eat, he said blt. I ask if he could put a pattie on there. It was great!!!

Best service ever in the drive thru. Possibly a manager that ran out drinks and food out to us tonight. For real they were quick, friendly and accurate. Ah-mazing!

We were there on 11/22/22. Fayth was the cashier and she was excellent. She spoke slowly and clearly while taking our order in the drive thru. We changed part of our order and she was sweet and kind about it. She was the example of how that job can and should be done. We pulled forward and were given our drinks by...and I know I don't have her name correct, but it was maybe Alexa...or similar to to that. She was quick and efficient. She took time to wipe down our drinks before handing them to us. When asked for both kinds of ketchup, she gave us both and the quantity requested. She had a great smile and was very polite. We were in and out of the line quickly. Like the quickest ever for this location. Our food was hot and fresh and our order was 100% accurate. I try not to go to this location because all of the above is usually the opposite of what I experienced last night. Well done! Great experience last night. I mean, really great.

Overall good is good we order takeout at least once a week. Food is consistent and NORMALLY have good service. Every now and then have to give the "young kids" grace about their customer service.

I had a great experience when Charlie greeted not just me but everyone that walked in the door. He is energetic, speaks clearly, he is polite and friendly. It is very rare you get great customer service like that! There are a couple of more employees that assisted too I just didn’t see their name tags. Thank you guys and gals so much!

We went to the drive through and I was confused once I ordered because they had two lanes (A & B) and I was told to pull up to the 2nd window...
Well I pulled in lane A after ordering in lane B but they did not mix out order up and I was so thankful because it would have been my fault!
We order 4 meals and they were ALL fresh and the fries were HOT! They were not redipped but cooked fresh and we all enjoyed our food.
