Antonio on front desk was extremely helpful and was able to assist us with the warranty on the tires for my Tesla!! Honestly I felt in good hands and the fact that they stand behind their product and workmanship. I’m bringing my other vehicle to replace all tires.

Great Customer Service. While busy, the rep who talked with me took the time to show me the uneven wear on the inward side of my tire. I was skeptical of needing more work than I originally anticipated, but I feel confident my tires will not fail.

Antonio was fantastic! I had a flat tire that ended up being replaced, which was covered by their excellent insurance policy. My front two were a bit low and with the mileage credit, it was very affordable to get everything done at once! I got in and out in under 2 hours as a walk-in. Cannot recommend them enough, the whole team was courteous and swift, the shop is clean and there's a 7/11 across the way if you need a snack while you wait:)

You won't find better! Simple to order tires online, There are so many great value options. Made an appt a week out, turned up for four new tires, and was in and out in 15 minutes... 1 p.m. on a Thu. Fantastic location, extremely happy with the service.

After several hours of useless websites and a pointless and unprofessional call to Firestone, I called and spoke to Patrick.

They had the the tires and tpms sensor in stock and even though it was getting close to closing, he told me to come in.

In a few minutes all my flat tire stress was done and the lights on my dashboard were back to normal.

I'd suggest calling here first.

Came here to get a flat tire fixed, but the service tech looked at the tires and suggested that I need to get all of my tires replaced they are not good in red category. Ao we looked at few options and he gave me price for Yokohama 4 tires and I called Walmart to see if I can get better price, which was about $150 cheaper and he gladly matched it. Definitely recommend them !

This discount tire location is not too busy and helpful staffs always eager to keep your wait time less. Quality job being done by technician. Discount tire always been customer friendly. The wait area is small and have coffee machine. The location is beside US 380 and have ample parking outside.

Patrick has gone above and beyond on our 3 vehicles. I would highly recommend this specific Discount Tire due to shorter wait times, clean facilities, and impeccable customer service.

I called on the Friday before Christmas weekend about my tire that needed to be replaced because of a pothole. I was willing to wait till after the holidays for a replacement but, Benny got me an appointment for the next day. Service was efficient and everyone was great! Definitely recommend and will continue to service my car here for any future needs.

Wanted to say thanks to Brayden for helping me out with getting me a full set of new tires. He even helped me out in the pouring rain! Since my battery was dying right when I was getting new tires.

It’s unusual for me to get online just to rate a business, but honestly this Discount Tire location went above and beyond for me. Customer service was how it should be; friendly, to the point, honest, taking the time to listen and assist with the customer’s needs.

I went in for a tire repair 1 hour before close and ended up purchasing new wheels for my F-150 (which I’ve wanted to do for awhile). After the front desk team member patiently worked with me, another team member drove to another location to pick up the wheels, as they did not have them in stock here. They changed my flat tire, put my new wheels on, and to top it off polished up my tires.

Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. Great team and great work.

Went in to have my tires rotated. Had an appointment they told me it would be 45 minutes. Took care of it in 41 minutes.

Just recently moved to Aubrey and I went in with a couple slow leaks on my vehicle's passenger side and they were able to patch the one but the other tire had to be replaced. Their good looking manager Jake went over the different replacement tire options with me. He had great customer service with everyone that walked in; I didn't see one unhappy customer during my wait!

Not to mention, they play good music and all their mechanic looked like they were loving their jobs. Great place to take your vehicle, I'll definitely be back for all my tire needs!

Discount tires is an awesome business. I bought my tires there before and will continue to. They have great prices, excellent customer service, and will fix your tires for free, even if you didn't purchase them there.

Called needing a tire that is rare and normally not in stock. They ordered a d said 3 days. Offered to put soare on while I wait for new tire. Schedule service for same day. Called about 20 minutes later and said they found a new tire that matched my needs and willing to schedule asap. Wow, thanks guys. Problem solved and couldn't be more pleased.
