The employees and staff were very friendly and eager to help. They did not have the item I was looking for in stock, but that was due to a Verizon Wireless website error. I did find out that this is a Franchise Verizon Wireless Store and not a Corporate Verizon Wireless store (like the one on Robert C. Daniel Jr Pkwy & the one in Evans off of Washington Road). Overall great experience and they are one of only a few Verizon stores that are open until 8 PM in the CSRA. I can say they did not have much inventory to choose from as far as cases and different phones go. That may be something they need to improve on in the future.

This is my second purchase from this store in a month. Mad respect for the customer service this store provides. Was in there yesterday June 14, 2024 after another bad experience at a different Verizon, the gentleman who helped us yesterday evening was very helpful. Listen to what we were looking for and offered us a couple options before we made a purchase. This will definitely be my go to Verizon store.

Davon was really diligent and followed through on difficult situation for me on my business account. The situation was worked on by several others but Davon stuck to it and resolved it to the highest satisfaction possible. I highly recommend him.

My PHONE STOPPED WORKING. I came into the store on Steiner way in Grovetown. Melissa was very nice and knew what she was talking about. The experience was great. So many of her coworkers came over and she helped them and took care of me in 20 min. I won’t go to another location.

Spencer was a big help in setting up my new phone. He immediately answered all my questions. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable.

Rasheem, Mark, Melissa, and Spencer helped me through an uncomfortable and irritating situation regarding replacing my phone. They were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars sacrificing their time away from other potential paying customers to help me get a phone replaced under warranty and were on the phone(specifically Rasheem) with tech support for literally three hours fighting to assist me. Can’t say enough about their integrity and customer care! Can’t say the same for their location at the mall however and I’ll leave it at that.

I spent 2 hours in this store. My friend came with me. I had 0 intentions of buying a new phone and my friend has service with the free phone government thing. Melissa took time to over an hour called a company that was not hers and set up her device. She did more than anyone else ever tried to do. I went ahead and upgraded my phone and it was a great experience.

Justin A. is a great customer service agent. He's human and puts your opinion first. Can't commend him enough with handling my complex issue.

Jesse J is a great guy , no matter what problem I have had he’s always there for me and solves it! Always ask for Jesse!!

Amber was such a breath of fresh air helping me. Very knowledgeable and competent. I was very impressed!

Princess Evans was the BEST! Come in on here off day & got me switched from T-Mobile to Verizon w/ a better plan, my military discount & got me the iPhone 14 Pro that I wanted w/ very little money out of pocket! Would definitely recommend going to see her!

I recently upgraded my cell phone at the Grovetown Verizon store. Usually a change of this kind sends me into a tailspin as I’m not too tech savvy. But on this day, I really got lucky. My changeover was handled by Trina who is fairly new on the job—just a few months out of training. Although I was uncertain at first, her manner was efficient and calming. She had a good grasp on what I needed and provided it. When she was uncertain or wanted to double-check, she contacted her trainer. She checked multiple options to get me the best deal possible on the new phone and her promises on what my monthly charges would be have been accurate. If you need to work with a rep who knows what she’s talking about, who inspires confidence and then delivers, you need to ask for Trina. She is a real asset to Cellular Sales and Verizon. Thank you, Trina.

Angel was great! She made upgrading my old phone so easy. She made my new phone exactly like my old phone. She is a caring individual, who took the time to help me understand New technology. Made the process so easy and made us a priority! I will refer her to all my friends and family! She is so down to earth and professional! Everyone of the staff were dressed so nice. Great experience! Once again, Excellent and friendly staff. My iphone 13ProMax just stopped working. After taking it to the Apple store I was prompted with two options, pay to get it fixed ($500 plus) or take it back to Verizon to see about trading in. Shout out to Mark Anthony who not only saved me about half the cost of repairs on an old phone but also helped me in setting up my new device with all of my apps and contact information which would have been a nightmare if I had to do it by myself. Highly satisfied consumer. :)

Chris Bennett was absolutely wonderful. He helped us replace three horrible phones. He was knowledgeable and patient. We will be looking for him when we need help. He's friendly and funny. We weren't happy when we entered but we left very happy. Are there any extra stars to give him ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
