We bought a washer/dryer combo unit and an energy efficient induction stove top. Significant savings with the sale! They were extremely busy, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful!

I needed all new appliances for a new construction. July 4th weekend...deal was too good to pass up..secured new Lowes credit line with no needed interest payments for 2 years on (plus) $5K purchase.
So if I can pay off the $5K in 1 year and 11 months...it's a free loan, Yea. Nice store well stocked and friendly Staff. Thanks. James in Appliances found me the best value discounts on the items I wanted. Had everything delivered for free, nice.

I LOVE lowes!! Especially this location!!! It's hit or miss with the friendliness of the staff... but , I get my diy projects done the same, so, meh.

A very clean store. It had a great stock of everything. Everything was very organized. The staff was very eager to help. The restroom was clean. The prices were very reasonable.

Worst customer service of any place I have ever shopped.
I went in to purchase a board. I needed to get the board cut to size. My sister walked around the whole store looking for an associate to help us. No one was available. While standing by the saw I called to the service desk to ask for help. I specifically ask for a manager to come to the saw area. I heard her over the speaker ask for any available associate to come to the saw area..after 10 minutes no one showed up. I called to the service desk again. I ask to SPEAK to a manager. I was told one would be on his way back to the saw area. It took him another 10 minutes to get back to the saw area. Once he got there, he, Chris, the manager did not know how to operate the saw.
I was in this store 45 minutes and did not get what I came in there for.
I went across the street to Home Depot and get my board and got it cut and out of the store in 12 minutes.
This is not the first time I have had issues with getting help at Lowes. They don't care about their customers. They don't try to help them at all.
I tried to call corporate but all you get is an associate at another store to take down the complaint. No resolution at all.

Store always keeps a good inventory of items (i went in for multiple bags of all-purpose sand and needed more than i bought the previous day), especially with it being Spring and everyone starting outdoor projects. Staff are always helpful, and if they don't know the answer, they know an employee who does so that you get the best information. Would highly recommend this store and its staff to all CSRA residents.

We are doing a lot of renovating around the house and also improving our yard. I depend on Lowe’s for most of the items I need to do so, and they are reliable. I also enjoy going to Lowe’s and checking out the potted plants they have marked down, as well as returned paint! Amazing prices!

I have had good experiences when shopping here. I favor this store over the other competitor big home improvement store nearby (the one with the orange logo) because of how well organized this is. On more then one occasion, I left the other store frustrated after not having found the products I needed (even after asking for directions) and when I came over to this Lowe's, I found what I needed right away in the well marked, clearly labeled and organized aisles. Employees have been helpful when I asked for assistance and on the few occasions when I needed to make returns, it went smoothly.

I visited Lowes yesterday because I planned to do a project for my home. Kenny B with the good hair and beard was great! He took his time to explain how I could go about my project. He so helpful and explaining what tools I could use to best complete what I needed to have done. He is a great asset to Lowes.

I love this lowes. But management is acting a little crazy lately. Employees are always friendly and helpful

I’m giving this 5 stars because my sales associate for my washer and dryer, as well as the manager with the awesome handlebar mustache was amazing. However, my experience in between was very poor due to some mix ups but the manager exceeded my expectations to correct it, so please give that man a raise! The actual customer service desk could use some work. I was put on hold for 25 minutes while they constantly picked up and put me back on hold without saying a word. I also called back later and asked for a manager but was hung up on. I ended up having to bring my kids and drive to Lowe’s just to talk to someone when all of this could’ve been avoided during my original purchase. Despite the issues, I still applaud my sales associate (super tall nice guy) and the manager (awesome mustache). They were great.

Got my LG washer and dryer set during labor day weekend. I like them.

2024-04-30: I wanted to take a moment to give some recognition to a gentleman named Fred that assisted me funding the right light bulbs for my dimmable front porch light fixtures. This happened this evening, which is why I have included the exact date. Fred walked around the corner and saw me looking over light bulbs, but a large ladder was in front of the shelving. He immediately asked if he could move it out of my way and I ended up asking his assistance about which product would be for my needs. This was not his area and I believe he may be a new employee (but I am not positive on that.) He was candid and sand he was learning, so I said, let's learn together then. Fast forward to where I thanked him for his help and was about to go checkout. He ended uptaking a moment to acknowledge the health issue I was having which came up in conversation while perusing the products together, as well as being able to relate to it from his own past. By the time we finished chatting I told how I wanted to give him a hug and Fred obliged. And I left feeling the power of human interaction, the sincerity of Fred as a person and employee, and a sense of relief, even, that someone understood the obstacles and handships I've dealt with as a result of the health issue. So, while this may not be helpful to anyone else, I needed Lowe's and their patrons know that FRED I specifically, is a very kind soul, pleasant demeanor, easy to talk to, willing to help with something he was unsure about, and has that "touch" it really takes to work with the public. He is an asset to Lowes. THANK YOU, FRED. YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

2019: One of the better Lowe's I've visited in and around the area. They are my first choice for garden/landscape plants and flowers. Great variety in the garden department for live plants.

Would like to see a better variety for smaller/women's gloves since the selection was primarily gardening gloves and basic multi-purpose gloves, and I was looking for more options for work gloves with specific features (padded knuckles, for example). The men's gloves selection is much more extensive, yet still the smaller sizes were still too big for my hands.

At any rate, I am a frequent customer at this location and will continue to be due to the employees being pleasant, patient, and helpful, as well as the store being well organized and kept clean/tidy.

(Update 05/2021): I am still a frequent customer here for many home related needs, the employees have always been pleasant and they work hard to keep their store in order. This evening, I was looking for a substitute for twine for gardening purposes and ended up being assisted by Mark, in the hardware area. I wanted to take the time to give him some recognition because he is a very patient and exceptionally nice gentleman. He was able to help me come up with a solution for my needs but also took a moment to simply have a friendly chat. He also alerted me to something that was on clearance based on something I had mentioned in our conversation, so he saved me some money, ultimately. Mark is an asset to Lowe's, I hope to see Mark happily employed here again.

The installer from Loews did an amazing job installing the storm door. He took his time to ensure the door was installed properly with no gaps. Simply perfection. Everything was seamless.

Variety of things for getting house repair or to make changes. Bryce help us today and he went above, checking to make sure the dryer was in store, check us out and help load dryer.

We so appreciate Lowes Veteran discounts on some items. It really helps in these uncertain times.

Online ordering and pickup makes my task easier. It saves me the time from walking through the store myself. I am able to go in, pick up from the instore locker and back out again.

I was so happy with the people that work here, I needed help and they gave me help. The delivery guys are a different story. I need a longer hose for my washer and a bigger hose for my dryer! They turned both on and left my house and my house almost flooded! BAD DELIVERY GUYS!!!
