My family & I come here quite frequently. We love the food here and the workers who make sure we’re always taken care of. They’re lovely towards children too, we always look forward to coming and eating here! Great food and service! I absolutely recommend them to all, also there is 20% discount for military.

Chips and salsa we very good and warm! I got the Pork Chili Verde, my wife got the Chilaquiles Mexicanos, we also got the childrens Beef Soft Taco w/rice and beans and the kids Cheeseburger and fries. The refried beans were very good and the rice was a little bland, but cooked well!

The flavors were very good and well cooked. The presentation was also good too! Our wait was minimal and the service was prompt.

I highly recommend this restaurant for a good meal!

Took friends there that were visiting from Vermont. Said it was the best Mexican they’ve had in a very long time. The margarita pitcher was large for only $17

I just moved back to the area and the first place I ordered food from was Monterrey. Victor was a childhood family friend and so we’ve always supported him but it’s so easy with their great food. It’s always consistent and I never have to worry about if it will be as good this time as it was last time because it’s always good!!

F I R E authentic Mexican cuisine we had the carnitas street tacos and sopa de pollo 10/10 will go again. highly affordable. Two entrees appetizer and drinks 20 bucks!!

I was not prepared for this massive burrito, it was delicious, and I was only able to eat half of it! Personally, it was enough to serve 2-3 people, be prepared if you order this monstrosity. All in all, very delicious. I would highly recommend.

WoW! I've love this location and the North Augusta location. You cannot go wrong eating here. Great taste. Seasoned well. Served hot at all times. Didn't wait long for my food at all. Service is excellent and the price is very reasonable.

The service is always top notch- drinks are kept filled, food comes out hot and delicious. We've been here twice in the last week and for good reason! This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Augusta.

If you need a recommendation: my favorite is the burritos California with only green sauce. It's a burrito with steak, chicken, and all the trimmings! I ask them to put the lettuce and pico on top that way if I can't finish the massive burrito, it's easier to reheat.

We love coming here. It’s our favorite Mexican restaurant in the Augusta area. Time and time again, the food is great and the service is exceptional. Any time we’ve had an issue with an order, someone makes sure to fix it for us.

Very good food. Great salsa. Very fair in the pricing of dishes. Definitely deserves a return visit.

The entire experience was excellent. The restaurant was clean. The staff is very friendly. The food was hot and fresh and plentiful. The price was reasonable. Great page to eat.

It’s good for the area. Tastes good, wide variety of stuff and clean/friendly atmosphere. However, being Hispanic, I give this place a 2 of 5 on the authenticity scale. Too much cumin is used, not spicy AT ALL, and they don’t have the basics like a Plato Mexicano with a little bit of everything to sample.

Overall, I’d still return to try other items on the menu.

We love this place! We go there frequently. The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. It is often crowded and the servers don't check up on you as much though, which is actually a compliment to the good food and friendly service, everyone wants to go here. If you're into karaoke, they have that too!

The service is very fast and efficient. The food comes out hot, helpings are more than substantial, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend their churros!

Staff was very friendly and the food was DELICIOUS. They didn't shy away from ingredients at all like some I've been to a few years ago. Everything was plentiful and well prepared. Atmosphere was chill and the music was nice too!

Stopped here after a failed attempt at another Mexican Restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised at the experience. The staff were all hustling to serve customers on a busy night. Food was delicious. Would come again.
