Captain D's

This was my families first time at a Captain D's. The folks behind the counter were super friendly and helpful. It is a rare occasion when every member of my family of 5 enjoys a restaurant. It happened today. The food is exactly what you would expect in a fast food fried fish place. When your feeling it, it's great. We all loved it today.

Update: Today, we enjoyed a couple of their $5.99 meals. Everything was good. I wish Captain D's sent out more coupons.

You can still feed your family of 4 well for around $25 (with a coupon). I bought the 10 piece fish family meal tonight with 2 sides. The fish is always good. If you're like me and like "a little fish with your tartar sauce," ask for the 4-ounce containers
of tartar sauce with your meal. It will cost a little extra, but my family also loves the corn on the cob. Don't forget your coupons! The coupon out of the weekly circular will save you about 6 dollars on the family meal.

I went there today to get something off the app. I was having issues with the app and it wasn’t pulling up. I believe the young lady’s name is Shameka and she went out of her way to help me get that corrected. that was refreshing experience because they don’t do that very often anymore so I give her five stars.

My husband and I went to captain D’s for dinner. Upon walking into the restaurant we could tell it was renovated. We were greeted with a smiling face and received prompt service. The new GM Ali came out and brought us our meal, which was very fresh and hot and might I add very delicious. He was very pleasant and doesn’t mind working with his employees. We will recommend this restaurant 100 percent. It felt like we were at a restaurant and not a fast food restaurant. Thank you Ali and the employees for this wonderful experience. I

Our food was freshly cooked and hot. The drive through window staff person provided excellent customer service. He confirmed he had our order entered correctly and he was friendly.

The people here were so nice and caring and went way out of their way to celebrate my son's birthday after the funeral of my mother very caring people here make you feel like family

Wow! That’s what my first thought was when I visited this location tonight. I was expecting the usual mediocre fish that I’m used to but I was blown away. The service was much faster than usual. I’m thinking this is under new ownership. Whatever this change is, I am glad. Then I get home to eat my tasty meal and was really excited to find actual crispy fries. The soggy flaccid fries were not there at all. These were cooked to perfection and delicious. The fish wasn’t soggy either. Nice crisp fish on a bed of, you guessed it, the crunchy stuff! Yes! Cole slaw was actually edible and fresh. I was very pleased with my meal and will be going back for more. Let’s hope this change is here for good.

One of the cleanest and best run Capt. D's in our area! Food was IMMEDIATELY ready just after ordering, dining room and counter were clean, and staff friendly and ready to make sure we had a great dinner in record time! Thanks, Ali- you have a great place there!

Went through drive thru. Fast service and good food! The drive thru was wrapped around building but customers were served quickly. We spent a total of 15 minutes there!

Probably the nicest D's I've been to in my life. I get the bar is low. But it's clean, the staff is lovely, and the food hot and fresh. That's getting harder to come by in fast food.

We have a group of guys that meets on Monday nights and this Captain Ds is one that we used to frequent. During and after the pandemic the inside dining was closed after 8PM so we were not able to make it. Under the new management, inside dining is back to normal hours. Ali and his team have taken customer service to a new level. We are happy to have Captain Ds back in the rotation!

No complaints on the food. The fish is always hot & fresh. So far, no matter who is servicing the drive-thru, they are courteous. I just suggest whoever is preparing the plates be a little more consistent with their portions Lol! I can go one day & get quite a bit. Come back the next day, order the same thing & my plate is a bit skimpy.

Always to go to Captain D's on Wednesdays and Sundays because it's senior day. Wide variety of seafood is always good

Teresa, I'm assuming that she's the manager was very nice. I hate going home and finding out that I'm missing something. Teresa went out of her ways to check everything that I ordered. When she didn't have to. She could have been lazy about it. Thanks I really appreciate it.

Food was all perfectly crisp, hot and fresh. Air-conditioning was out for 9 days according to very nice ladies working in those super hot conditions. Those workers deserve medals for working in that hot store.

I stood where it's going to be open and really enjoyed the anticipation of crispy golden fish. 😄

Amazingly Friendly people preparing really good food at reasonable prices! We love coming through the drive thru for the fish meals.

We dined in at Acworth.The one on Baker road.The food was great. The employees and their manager was super friendly. Going back soon.

The crumbles!!! Yay, not ruin with forced lemon like the other place. A certain comfort, eyes bigger than stomach, meal.

Excellent staff and food was hot and delicious. Placed my order online and it was ready and hit when I got there.
