I contacted RAJ from Canada by phone and by email before I had to fly to Illinois. He was friendly and professional and answered all my questions quickly. When I arrived in Hoffman Estates, we arranged to meet at the house and Raj and his nephew were a pleasure to deal with. They took all the belongings and transported them to the UPS store. We were in constant contact and they proved to be reliable and efficient. They itemized, packaged and boxed the items and a few days later, I went to the store and paid the bill. They were a pleasure to deal with during a difficult time for me and my family. I would recommend them highly. Thank you Raj.

The former owners have sold the business. I have been reading some of these reviews and I have to tell you many of them are total lies. I have been going there for years and the owners and employees have always been courteous which is why I keep going back. Somebody said that a person said we have not checked our emails in weeks? That’s total nonsense. They have always gone out of their way to help. I wish them success and whatever they have chosen to do after leaving the store and I hope the new owners can be as good as the former ones were. And I also hope those people who wrote these ridiculous and showing negative comments get some professional help.

I have been a customer at this store for over 15 years. I have used their service for my PO Box as well as many other activities over the years and after reading the reviews out here, I felt the need to defend the store owners. This is a father-son business and they are good guys. A lot of the reviews talk about the old man and I think it’s awesome that the father is there helping Mark with the business and that they are able to have this experience with each other. I’ve had nothing but good experience and respect over the time I have worked with them. Every once in a great while I get a piece of mail that’s not mine but that’s about it and all I do is hand it over to them to throw in the correct box.

Each UPS store is managed differently and has a different story. I’ve also been in other UPS stores and I’ve had good experiences. This one in Hoffman Estates is it in a great location and more of a mom and pop feel versus a business environment. Go in with that attitude and you will come out very happy.

My company & family have done business with this UPS Pack & Ship for decades. Run by Bruce & Mark (father & son team), they are professional, fast & accurate. They handle domestic & international shipping with ease. We have 2 boxes in this location. Never had a problem. Kudos!

I’ve had nothing, but great experience at this store. Specifically with Daniel. Daniel’s customer service skills are superb. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. Things have gone wrong during one of my visits, however it was things that was out of their control. The amazon scanner or printer wasn’t working etc. I returned later and everything went smoothly. Thank you for making that store a pleasant place to ship my packages.

The notary was super kind and professional! He helped us notarise our documents and did not charge us to show his support for Ukraine. Such people make this world so much better.

The people might come across as slightly gruff, but they know what they're doing, do it for a great price and are plenty helpful. I had a package that was being shipped overseas, it was going USPS because the other options were far too prohibitive. The man who helped me agreed that USPS was the best option due to the high cost of UPS and quickly set about cutting a box to a custom size so it would fit the awkward-shaped items I was shipping while still staying within the dimension limitations imposed by the USPS. This is in stark contrast to the FedEx I had just been to across the street where the girl "helping" me only seemed interested in doing so if I was shipping FedEx and when she found I wasn't, tried to sell me a box that was too big with the suggestion I cut the box down to size myself.

I don't ship a ton of stuff, but I know who I'll be going to for all my shipping needs in the future, and it's not FedEx.

Darsh is always very helpful, good services

Donald is the man! Never had a bad experience at this location. He is always so friendly and engaging. Today I was actually quite irritated that I had to pick up my package, but I still left smiling because of Donald.

I rarely rate or comment unless I've had a particularly good or bad experience but the folks here are great. I showed up 5 minutes after closing time once not even realizing it and they stayed open another 20 minutes for me once. They didn't give me a hard time what so ever. These guys take good care of their customers, I will continue to use them for a long time.
