We found the Today-At-Apple education/training event very beneficial and worth the drive/time: easy registration, very friendly customer support, loaned equipment (our party's+1), respectfully of our time (starting & stopping promptly); and the free flowing information exchange for our i/droid family split.

The first person that I spoke to wasn’t the best part of my experience. But Amy & Z were very kind and knowledgeable, were very patient with me, and helped me until the end. It was nearing closing time and they didn’t rush me at all. I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for me tonight.

Went in with a small AirPods issue thinking it would be a quick fix, turned out to be way more complicated than I thought. Colton and Amy were so helpful, kind, and patient with me and my weird airpods and were able to fix the issue completely. Couldn't be happier with the service here, made my day way better

Eric helped me with a trade in for an iPad and iPad mini and gave me the most wonderful experience. Coming in clueless, he took care of everything from evaluation to reimbursement with patience and obvious experience. I’m glad his goal is to work for Apple for 20 years so I know I can trust coming back year after year.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with getting me a new phone. Staff were also honest when I asked for comparison between regular and MagSafe chargers, which I really appreciated. I will be back here for sure :)

This store definitely get 5 stars!!! Staffs are very very friendly and helpful. I got helps from 2 staffs, 1 young man and 1 young lady (i forgot to ask for their names). I couldn't get my expected items because 1 of them was out of stock and another one not qualified for trading, but i still got help to order 1 item online. Very happy with their customer service!!

The staff is always friendly and attentive no matter if I’m getting something fixed or shopping for something new.

Super busy but they made sure everyone was social distanced and wearing a mask.

Went here to get my new MacBook Air and the entire process was very smooth.

Eric was amazing! He helped us with picking out or macbooks yesterday, as we were both new buying them. He told us in detail about each model and his recommendations based off of what we were going to use them for. He didn’t try to oversell us things we didn’t need, he wasn’t pressuring us to buy anything, a very good salesman. Would definitely come back to but more products in the future with this store. UPDATE: Went to the Apple Store to pick up my Apple Watch Ultra band Nike edition, and the customer service rep was on it. After confirming about my order for pick up, he sent someone asap with my order. Really great customer service reps, and lots of new Apple products on display for your Apple devices needs. I definitely recommend this store as they did not disappoint me.❤🍎📱⌚

Came here to get my iphone 13 fix. They did an amazing job.

We usually only go there for repairs or new devices, but they are always very friendly and helpful. They can usually help you very quickly. I recommend the Apple store to anybody looking for a Apple device repair or to buy new devices. The staff is always very friendly, and that also adds to an overall positive experience for us

I had to bring in my Macbook Pro for service. I arrived wearing my mask and didn't even whine about it. Crazy, right? Spoiler: I am a grown-up. I was immediately greeted at the door and promptly checked in for my appointment. I only waited a few minutes before a lovely, young woman named Sydney approached me to diagnose my computer. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I was in and out within 20 minutes, and will have my battery replaced and laptop returned within five days. I have not had to visit for service before, but was a bit reluctant after reading the reviews for this store. I am glad I decided to see for myself. Too many customers giving bad reviews for having to wear masks, which has nothing to do with the service of this store. See for yourself...great store with excellent service.

Toby was amazing. He spent a great amount of time educating us and has been a tremendous help in choosing a better course.

I bought some items online and I picked them up in store. They had everything labeled and ready to go. It was one of the easiest shopping experiences ever. Seeing how busy the shop was, I understand the need for scheduling pickup windows...

I came in with a simple hardware issue, which the genius bar was exceptional with diagnosing. They said it would take a week to fix which I didn't mind. Then they called a few days later to share they found some more issues that they would need to fix and since they didn't find the problems at first they said they would everything at no extra charge. They were friendly, knowledgable and I felt extremely well taken care of. I am so incredibly happy with my experience to say the least.

Friendly..went to upgrade phone…. No problems. No long waits. Move all data to new phone….. Very Happy.

Today I ordered online and did in-store pickup, and everyone was so nice! The guys waiting outside were a hoot and a half even though it was pretty chilly outside. Pick up was quick and efficient and I was in and out in under 10 minutes!
