I want to thank Junior at Fleet Feet for helping me out today! I came in after trying to find a cheap pair of running shoes from Academy, but I couldn’t find a pair that would leave me satisfied purchasing. After searching online, I came into this location, and Junior greeted me, listened to what I was looking for out of my shoes, and then made recommendations on both sizing and various options from their great selection in store. I ended up buying two pairs of running shoes since he brought me a couple from the back that I really loved, and they were on sale as well! I cannot thank him enough, along with the staff here. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for good quality selection of running shoes and also great advice to come into this store!

Great customer service. They listen to your concerns what your looking for and help pick the right shoes to suit your needs. I can say it worked no pain after wearing these.

Excellent experience! Mike helped my girlfriend and I both pick pairs of shoes... I think we tried on twice as many shoes trying to lock in on something than I ever have at another store. After a little research on what we might want the night before, we had seen the advice that the best shoes to get were the ones a good store fit you for and recommended; this was exactly that experience.

I'll definitely be recommending this location and Fleet Feet in general to anyone I know looking for good athletic shoes.

I went to Fleet Feet on 7/22 and I was greeted by this nice guy named Mike. I usually do my research on the shoes so I already have in mind what I want and I decided to get the Clinton 9’s for work. These shoes are so nice. He took the time to measure my feet and suggest other styles I may like. Super amazing service, will be back soon !

Junior was a ton of help and will give you expert advice! I had nagging sciatica for the past month every time I ran in my old shoe. He put me on to the right new shoe today and I just ran in it for 4 miles with NO pain!

Julia was such a help! Would highly recommend going in for a fitting. She was able to talk through my shoe issues and help me find the perfect pair.

Amazing service at this store! Used this Fit ID helped to find some ideal running shoes for myself. I usually use some inserts because of my real flat feet, however the employee was able to find some shoes that didn’t require that so that been a real great find.

Found some great shoes for my sons (15, 13 & 10). One is training to run the half marathon in The Woodlands this March and the other two are running about 8 miles each week (3-2-3). Great service! Very friendly and willing to find the right shoes. My shoe was only $1 more expensive than Amazon prime. If you’re wanting to have a great running experience make this your first stop!

I still stand by the 5 star rating. The staff were busy yet very attentive. You might have to be patient if they are working with others. Their knowledge on shoes is exceptional. This isn’t a pick your color type of a shoe place. If you’re looking to run (sprints, long, recreational or very active) this is the place to go. They use a scanner to identify your foot size and width and also identify your foot profile (arch or no). If needed they’ll have you run on a treadmill to observe your foot placement and gait. Exceptional service today for my 16, 14 & 11 y/o. One son is looking to a marathon in 3 months, another to decrease his mile time and the last looking to have more stamina for soccer games. We received great suggestions on shoes based on their updated foot profile and their comfort in the right shoe. I highly recommend this store.

Jr. at this location was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the different shoes he brought out to us. His customer service and people skills made our first time at Feet Fleet amazing! We will definitely be back and going to Jr.

I’m a new runner and I went to fleet feet the wood way location and I had the best experience caleigh and the staff there were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about running shoes I got really educated and purchased the right shoes for me it was an awesome experience thank you FF(Woodway)

Fleet Feet Woodway was so helpful! I went in to get some new walking shoes because my current ones were making my feet, ankles, calves hurt. I was intimidated prior to going, but from the second I walked in Mike M was super helpful, measured my feet, found I walked with a pronation. He got some shoes out to test that would correct that issue and let me take my time deciding. Walked out with some lovely hokas and my walks the past week have been so much better!! Will absolutely be going to this location for any future shoe needs :)

Samuel helped me and after looking at a few and trying a different pair..appreciated his suggestion of the Asics Gel Nimbus 22 , which I purchased the black and lilac - they're excellent ! ! And if you sign up for Loyalty program (free) every 150 you spend you will have 15 off your next purchase for up to 6 months, NICE.

Mo was great. Service is always quick and knowledgeable at FleetFeet. They didn’t have the shoe size I wanted and offered to ship it to the store next day.

This store is AWESOME!! We were helped by Julia. She got our whole feet analyzed by a special computer and was able to provide a comprehensive and impressive analysis of our feet. She got us into a pair of HOKAs and me and my Fiance cannot be happier.

Great service at this location. The sales associates were friendly and very knowledgeable. A good selection of shoes, with variations of styles and colors. The prices aware competitive to other stores and online.

They were having a busy Saturday at 1 pm but I was helped after 5 minutes of browsing and guided to the right pair of shoes for me by the manager, very helpful. Now, I'm not use to paying $164 for a pair of walking shoes but they felt like they'd last a loooonnngg time, sturdy, supportive, yet comfortable. A tad heavier than the wrong shoes I was using but after 3 miles around the neighborhood, I didn't have the discomfort in my heels or balls of the feet where I usually suffered with the older shoes, very happy. Didn't have to settle for loud colors either, take a peak.

Had a great experience picking out 2 sets of new shoes for my fiancé and myself. Mike M. Was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient helping us pick out the perfect pair. Feet Fleet is our go to store for the best shoes. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

If you end up at this place- I’d ask for Rob. Maybe everyone is this great, idk, but I had the best experience. He scanned my feet and then watched my walk and made recommendations. After that he brought out several shoes for me to try and then as soon as I made a selection he told me what colors they had in the style I chose in store and showed me what colors he could order for me and have in store within a couple of days. It was really the easiest and I FINALLY have shoes that I love and that fit my feet appropriately.

Went and got these from them for a 5k I am running soon. It's not the color I wanted but I love how comfortable they are definitely worth the $100 I spent.
