A young lady manager was so gracious and helpful when I had gone in asking about the beans for the shaken espresso. She helped me find an espresso machine and even ground the beans for me. Thank you so much for being so kind and helpful when I needed it the most. I wish I had gotten her name.

I love going to my local Starbucks in Alvin. The baristas are nice and don't mind making special orders. Recently, a "chocolate covered strawberry" drink came up on social media and even when they said they had never heard of this drink, the baristas gave it a try and nailed it! It's both a beautiful and delicious drink!

They are absolutely amazing here! I have ordered delivery two or three times and when I do I have called them to get two pupachinos for my fur babies and they ALWAYS say yes and send them for my sweet girls. I highly recommend this store over the other solely bc of how sweet the crew is here.

My daughter loves this place!!! I can't say much about the food we only come here for the coffee. delicious

Very pretty store and nice employees! The atmosphere here was really nice and everything was clean and organized!

The staff I encountered today was amazing! We were passing through after a very long 24 hours of travel going awry when we placed our mobile order at the wrong Starbucks. When we stopped by here and realized this they were so helpful, friendly, energetic and quick with our new order. It was even on the house because of all we had been through. Highly recommend this staff!

Let me tell you how great customer service can trump a potential negative experience....

I arrived at the store and asked for my favorite ice coffee mix. Dustin walked me through the drink mixing process to be sure that it was made exactly as I wanted. Dustin was very peraonable and treated me as if he was inviting me in his home. At the end of making my drink he asked me if I wanted a straw, and I said yes. While handing me my drink it slipped and tumble onto the floor with some of the coffee getting splashed on my shirt and shoes. This is when the bad reviews come, spilling a drink on a customer normally turns into a bad review. Guess what, Dustin gets 5 stars from me. He showed his sincere dedication to treating his customers right. I assisted him with cleaning the mess and told him not to worry about it. I am a sales manager and I know mistakes happen, its how you treat customers up until the error, that counts. Dustin is 100% a great ambassador for Starbucks. Not only does he know how to treat customers, he does it with a sincere heart and a kind smile. Promote this guy, he is very professional and ready to be a leader!

Sammy is my favorite part of Starbucks in Alvin! Not only does he always get my order correct, he's always such a sweetheart! He has so much joy it makes me smile every time I come!

Went to this location on yesterday (9-28-21) and got the best specialty drink EVER! I was uncertain as to what I wanted, so I told the barista to just give me something with white chocolate, caramel and possibly cinnamon ;).. Oh my, this young lady did the THANG! WHEW! I will back and hopefully Taylor with cute blue eyes will be working and fixes my surprise drink ;)..

Been coming here since December, the staff is totally awesome!!! The store is always being cleaned and everyone has smiles 24/7! Literally the best starbucks I've been too, they are all so welcoming and I always feel like I'm recognized.

I Drive for uber eats and come here several times a morning. Staff is always super nice and there's a sweet man there that sings his words and i absolutely love it. Its a delight every time i run into him. :)

Started my day off in a bad mood picking up some drinks for family (spilled all over my truck turned on hwy 6). Went back to get the drink remade and they immediately remade after telling them what happened free of charge and even gave me a rag so I could clean up the mess in my truck. Turned my day around. Special thanks to the staff at this location.

My coffee stop at least once a week. The staff is always friendly and get you orders done in a timely manner. The drive thru is usually long so its best to just go in. The coffee is so worth it 👌

I have been a customer since this store opened. In the beginning it was nice that people knew my name and order but like most things, over time new staff came in. I won't say that they're not as good but they definitely put off a hipster vibe these days. It feels more like a privately owned coffee shop and less like an actual Starbucks.

Had to get the mint mocha coffee ☕ wanted a holiday treat to get into the spirit of the season. It's good but expect to be in the car line for awhile. They are busy.

This Starbucks is always fast and I never have had any mess ups on my orders. There’s also always cups to buy.

One of the very quiet and clean places with good staff and relatively good coffee. But, I still prefer Nespresso or Saeco Helsis machines at home: much more choices, taste, and etc
