McDonald's

I mean, it's McD's. But comparatively speaking it's a really good one. It's always clean, they are almost always very friendly and they get my order right 90% of the time 😄 And let's face it, they have the best diet coke anywhere. The only downside is the big hike in prices. But I guess everything is more now.

We used the mobile ordering and pulled into one of the pickup spots. Our food came out within a minute and was hot and fresh. The gentleman also had a carrier full of sauces, napkins, straws, etc, so it was easy and lightning fast.

I've never eaten Alvin McDonald's before and honestly I haven't eaten McDonald's in over 10 years until today ,The Hot&Spicy McChicken and fries was actually really good.

Me and my wife frequently order unique things with many modifications and special requests and they’re always patient and accommodating with us. The food is almost always super fresh, and is always delicious. Keep up the good work guys! Dave is doing a good job with the evening/night crew :3

You know what it is and what they sell. If food wrong...just be polite and employees will fix it.

PS I love the McFish. 😍👀 And use the app, far less expensive.

This is probably the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at. The food was fresh and hot! Employees were polite, professional, and had great service.

Friendly staff especially the Night Manager David he is always professional and friendly 5 Stars for sure

I ordered online today without knowing the frappe machine was down. My carhop went above and beyond to make me something caffeinated, cold and drenched in chocolate to ease the coffee taste. She did it all with a smile and in a timely fashion so I wasn’t late to work. 10 out of 10 for service!

Manager was very kind. The checkout machines weren't on, but he took care of everyone and made sure the others were doing their job.

I have had issues, in the past, with drive-thru cashier not finding my mobile order. This time when she couldn't find it she brought her manager and it was there within 5 seconds! The order was made and given to us very quickly and all custom items were made perfectly! Now we just need to get some of these drive-through cashiers familiar with the system, like the manager is. All in all a great experience from my favorite fast food location and app!

I only use McDonald's app to do curbside pickup orders now and I love it! Every location I've ordered this way has brought out my order correct and they are always so nice! In my experience, it's a better world than walking in and drive thru dining.

Stopped by just for a coffee break after a long day of doctors appointments and driving. Facilities clean and friendly service staff. McDonald's always has great coffee, and this location now has a machine that adds desired amounts of sugar and/or creamer! That was new to me so thought I'd share it.

Love the ice cream and the Carmel coffee deal they have is as good if not better than Starbucks

Went in for an ice cream cone and found out that they actually had chocolate-dipped cones also. That was a neat surprise as haven't had one in a long time. Young man that did ours did his best to do them really well. The chocolate was more of a dark chocolate but was really tasty. Little messy though. Would not recommend getting it and eating it in a car like we usually do. Was really glad that we went inside and ate this time.
Update, been taking a worker to and from work to help them. Really interesting to hear things from the inside view. They really like all their managers and fellow employees. And give them pretty good reports for trying to do a good job. They have a pretty happy group.

I've attended this place for the past two years regularly. But this past week I've noticed a new employee with a fresh and beautiful face. Shes bright and happy and changes the atmosphere. Shes always very kind to me at the window. I always appreciate employees like this,because they're so unique and rare to come by. keep it up!

There is a guy manager there and he is so rude to the employees literally screams at them the food the service from the workers was amazing but he made the atmosphere so bad customers were all just standing and looking at him.

Been here for unknown amount of time in the last 10 years. Only 3 times had they got my order wrong but quickly fixed it with a smile. Always fast inside service. Breakfast drive through line may be long. But there speedy drive through times makes the wait not so long. And once you get your order place its almost always was straight to pay window and straight to pickup window. And if you got a special order that will take a little longer they always part you to keep the line flowing but quickly still working on your order.

Maybe the busiest McDonald’s on the planet…Right here in Alvin, Tx. However, the line goes by fast and the service is always fantastic. I also use my app and park in the reserve spot; the staff always brings my order to the window with a smile. Thanks for all you do….

The drive through is fast and the young man at the window makes everyone feel welcome.

Tonight there were so many onions on my burger that I could have made a French Onion Soup that Gordon Ramsey would love.

Only really bad thing was listening to the manager scream at the staff. It was cringe worthy and expletive filled.

Love the food and my tea. Did not love the tirade.

This location has a fantastic lunch staff and manager. I am in and out, pandemic style, before the last car in line makes it to the order window. Not to sound cheap-o, here, but I usually get enough honey for my nuggets to save an extra for the inevitable McDonald's that retardedly thinks honey mustard is the same thing.
