The Happy Mug Cafe

My only critique is to place the open sign where it is easier to see from the street.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful even under stress. They had a wide variety of choices of food and drink. The cupcakes and cookies were massive and very well decorated. The drinks were delicious and well worth the wait.

OK, so I work here in the bakery. Yes, there is an on the spot bakery where everything is fresh made. The people are awesome, and the place just feels like home,warm and inviting. I almost forgot.. the food!! The food you can get here at The Happy Mug Cafe is above and beyond all expectations(im not just saying this because I work there. It really is above and beyond all expectations).The cupcakes are huge, but they're the best in town, in my opinion, and they stand out way better than the other places because they look like they're made with love and not some factory product. The breakfast items are made in house too, and you can see them being made from anywhere you choose to sit. I love the place.

Great customer service!! I ordered a roast beef on a panini bread with cheddar cheese and mayo, it was delicious. I got a large latte,whole milk and sugar, loved it!! I work a few doors away from them, they have a new customer 😊

Got a breakfast sandwich (plain bagel w/ toppings) and coffee. Was very impressed with the quality, especially considering its location. Will definitely come again soon to try their boba.

I spoke with two people this morning specifically a gentleman named Matthew who helped me send my friend just a single cup of coffee. He offered to just run it over as i live a good distance away. Without charging me. I insisted i pay as I could not believe what an amazing gesture. But his genuine kindness was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you so very much

Food and drinks are very good at a great price. Order ahead, If you're short on time and enjoy the freshly made deserts. Great place located inside of Agora.

Ben is the sweetest guy on the planet. I just got out of the hospital and all I wanted was a Boba Tea. I asked Ben to meet me outside because I didn’t want to go in and he said sure and gave me the boba tea for free. It’s grand gestures like this that will keep me a very loyal customer. He made my whole day less miserable❤

Absolutely delicious omgosh the muffins ! It made me wish I could eat 4 ! I only had one but can't wait to return for more ! Plus the friendliest nicest people ! I'm hooked ! It's the happy mug for me when I need coffee !

Attentive, very friendly staff, and great coffee. The smoothies and food aren't bad either. Will definitely be back.

Had a bagel sandwich and a coffee with my nephew. We both enjoyed it. Great food at reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Had a ham egg and cheese on a hardroll jess made it and it was amazinggg!! And also the peanut butter cupcakes were so yummyy!

Come here most Fridays and always have a great time. Great coffee and atmosphere. Staff are always kind and great to speak with.

The drink I had was good! I was a little bummed because I ordered a latte, but the barista couldn't get the espresso machine to work. I was offered a different drink, which was good, but I payed for a drink that cost $2 more than what I received. I would try the place again, just confirm the espresso machine is working. *This was in November, so probably resolved by now I'm sure!

Dissapointed because the pictures The Happy Mug Cafe post's look so good. Purchased two boba drinks from The Happy Mug Cafe today for a little over $16. They did not include real boba. It was more like a jelly that wouldn't fit through the straw. The straw was not the large straw you get with a normal boba drink. The drink content was not great. It tasted like mostly milk with not enough powder to flavor it, only enough to color the milk with a lot of ice. I would not visit the Happy Mug again.
