North Star Cafe

Delicious pastries and organic tea, the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning with friends. This continues to be one of our favorite places. *Edit: no longer open on Sundays but still a true gem.

Great coffee. fresh roasted, with great local cream. Nice atmosphere in antique place. Lots of vintage books and cool stuff everywhere. Also hazelnut croissant was excellent.
..They have now traditional hand press espresso machine, I'll try a latte today.

I stopped in North ⭐ cafe during my stay in Gloversville. It is a beautiful new cafe with comfortable seating that feels like a great place to read or meet friends for a cup of coffee. They have a nice selection of merchandise that would be great for gifts. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. They have only brewed coffee (two types and decaf) and other drinks at the moment but will be adding espresso drinks soon. They have a small selection of baked goods - the banana chip espresso bread was delicious. I look forward to coming back next time I am in town!

I've been meaning to visit North Star Cafe ever since they opened. After hearing only great things, I couldn't wait any longer! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was going to become a regular. Framed with eccentric seating, this cozy atmosphere is curated by shelves upon shelves of books, local art, and various knick knacks. Combined with affordable prices, friendly staff, and a variety of quality drinks, this cafe is a jewel in the rough that is Gloversville. I look forward to coming back soon!

A true gem in downtown Gloversville. Warm atmosphere, great coffee and an awesome collection of notebooks and handcrafted gifts. Owners are genuine and down to earth. So glad to have found this place.

Just discovered this place and dropped in for an iced coffee/espresso. The woman who helped me is a delight and glowed with positivity as we chatted about the towns rebirth.
