JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I've never been here before until now but I love it! Tons of selection for fabrics, arts, and crafts. I bought a six yard teal faux suede leather piece for tabletop gaming and love it. The staff is very patient and seems knowledgeable. I would recommend and come back here again (download the app and check online for discounts as well).

One of my favorite places for fabrics. So many beautiful designs to choose from. Beautiful selection of liberty fabrics.

Lots of nice fabrics and accessories for cosplay and Gothic costumes and clothes.

I talked to an employee in the sewing center, the yarn area and cutting table they were very friendly and helpful. The check out area lady was really good at finding all my coupons. All the employees seemed happy making it fun to shop and even checking out was a very good experience. Enjoyed myself.

Had what I wanted and was able to get it with no fuss as it was a secured item. Check out was immediate. There were very few people in the store at the time.

The lady there were extraordinary supportive as we had fleece material cut, I was assisting a woman with a disability and the individual cuts made her project doable

Joann Fabrics has a decent fabric selection and stoclks supplies for most crafting endevors. They always bring in great seasonal items as well, but you need to time purchasing just right. Ideally, wait for items to go on sale, but don't wait too long or everything will be gone. Make sure you have your coupons lined up before you head in. I just use the app on my phone. I love Joann’s. I go there often. They have great sales and great service. I sew and scrapbook as well as quite a few other crafts. Joann’s is my go to craft supply store. I use the coupons often as well as get all the emails so I know what is on sale when. It is a great place to get craft ideas. I also love there classes.

I recently went into Joanns during their big daffodil sale. I had looked online prior to going in so I knew my must-haves. When I got into the store, I noticed the items I wanted were higher priced. I asked one of the sales rep if they would match and she said no - and I said it shows them available for curbside so it is somewhat of an in store price. She said I could order them for curbside and pick up later. I laughed, called my husband and said I might be longer as I’ll be sitting in my car waiting for someone to shop what I’ve already shopped to save $30. I sat in the aisle, ordered the items I had for curbside and shook my head the entire time. I decided to go up to the counter - I said I just placed a curbside order for these items, how long does an order typically take. She said 4 hours - yikes. I said is there a way to rush it - these are my items. She said next time, if you’re okay with shopping in store, don’t worry about curbside we always match online prices. A little annoyed, I told her what happened, she cancelled my curbside order, called back to let them know if they get the order to not work it, and then matched my items to the penny. She was so nice, said they always match online prices as it saves her staff time from not having to shop for the customer. Curbside is obviously a great option for some but for me - I was there to shop in store. I believe her name was Pink...and my 5 stars are for her. She made my whole day - and saved me a 4 hour wait and her staff was able to help in store customers rather than redo the shopping I had already done

Much better store than Michaels or Hobby Lobby! Great selections and customer service. Love going here for yarn, fabric, and jewelry supplies.

Nice employees and great sale prices. J-oann's marketing plan includes lots of coupons. If you want to get very good prices, make sure you use coupons.
The checkout line can be very long. It can take 10 to 20 minutes to reach the register, but the employees are usually very friendly and helpful.
There are separate men's and women's restrooms, and they are usually kept fairly clean.

I am a long-time customer of Joann and was so happy to learn that they're on the west coast also, as I'm a transplant from Georgia. All the Joann stores I shopped back east were usually tucked into the corner of a strip mall, barely hanging on. Not this store! I walked in and my jaw dropped!! It is the size of a grocery store full of awesomeness!! The staff was nice and helpful, despite all the holiday shopping. I'll definitely return.

I may be biased because I myself am a fellow crafter, however anytime I leave here I am 1... never empty handed and 2 never dissatisfied. They also have an app that has weekly coupons. Our most recent visit we grabbed loads of fun stuff for the kids for their Easter baskets.

Masks are required to enter. There are plexiglass dividers between Staff & customers at check out. Shelves are well stocked and there's great sales going on. I really like having their app, which has a price scanner and coupons. Friendly Staff.

This store is laid out great. Its easy to locate what you're looking for. The coupons are fantastic. Personnel are great. If I ask a question and the employee is not sure, they ask another employee that knows rather than make up an answer (which is extremely irritating when it has to be brought back or not purchased because you were told that the store doesn't have it.)

Awesome is what i can say. There informative, friendly, and they will go that extra step without hesitation. The only thing I dont like, are these masks. That's not the stores fault. I can keep going about the masks for ever. Lol. You gotta visit the store tho!

I really appreciate Alma for taking the time to find the shirts I needed for a team event I'm putting together for work. It prevented me from having to drive to another store to get supplies, thank you so much!

Needed a few last minute Christmas items. I was able to find everything I needed (as well as a few extra things) in record time. The employees were more than willing to stop what they were doing to show me where a particularly hard-to-find item was, and they were having an AMAZING sale!
