I stop by 5/7 days of the week, and I'm never disappointed!
I'm always greeted with a smile and small talk, which is always appreciated!
Service is fast, food is delicious, & my coffee is always perfect! 🧋
I look forward to seeing familiar faces & it makes me feel good that they all put in the effort to get to know their customers!

Although the staff are my coworkers, they still greet me and my mom every morning and always have a smile on their faces even through their hard days. Wait time is very minimal, and the coffee is always perfect. Before I became an employee, I and my mother were and still are regulars here. I love how the staff is and always have smiles on their faces.

This dunkin always gives me a good experience. From the customer service of the staff to the delicious food and beverages. If your experience is not good, if you mention it to the staff in a polite and respectful way they will make it right. 10/10 would recommend!

I am a regular customer. Staff is always friendly! My order is ready when I arrive after using the mobile app. Even during the busiest times, my order is accurate and my wait time is short.

This might be the fastest drive thru I've ever been to. The line of cars in the morning can be startling but they take your order and prepare your order so fast. The line is always moving. The coffee drinks are pretty great too.

I must confess I am very fond of this place. While their food and drink are good it is their customer service that amazes me. We live in a day and age where the majority of businesses do not put customer service as a priority. But this Dunkin Donuts does. They are efficient, polite, patient and oh so very intuitive. And they multitask quite well. I could go on and on but what I will add is if there were 20 stars available to give they would receive each and every star I can give them. They have an incredible team running this business!

Me and my family went to dunkin... AMAZING! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! She should get a raise of how nice she was to us. PRICE WAS REASONABLE. COFFEE IS DELICIOUS! Coming back next week. I am 11 and I sign off :)

I give the customer service 5 stars and the cleanliness of the store 5 stars. My only issue is that they make their coffee drinks way too sweet. Other than that a great place

Awesome staff!! They are always so friendly in the morning. Good coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Plus I know they do a lot to support the Sauk Prairie community.
