Pedal Center Sauk Prairie

Here's the story: my friend and I were bike touring from Minneapolis to Milwaukee, unsupported, when my crank fell apart at Merrimac. Scott at Pedal Center saved the day- in fact, the trip, he was able diagnose, obtain, and find a replacement for a 30 year old bottom bracket in about 2 hours for an out-of-towner. Sauk Praire has a gem, and from my experience, I cannot recommend this shop enough! And shoutout to Ashlee for welcoming and orienting us while we arrived and were waiting!

Had a bike that has sat in garage for probably close to ten years...had kids and they want to ride with dad. Two flat tires. Broken kick stand and one of the breaks was not working. Took the bike down on Fri afternoon around 430...said hey can u get this ol girl back running. Thought it would sit there for a few days...no biggie and the owner said ya If come back in an hr and I'll have it up and running...and sure enough one hr later she's up and running....talk about five star service! Thanks guys!

Pedal center is the place to go when you actually need something done right the first time. The service is top-notch and they get parts in on time.
