I’m giving 2 stars because the staff is friendly and the selection is pretty okay, but my last trip in AND I MEAN LAST, the girl there sold me the wrong coils. I hadn’t even left the parking lot, went back inside and was informed they didn’t do returns. Not to mention there were only 3 coils in the 4 pack box. I was shorted on the WRONG COILS and denied a refund even though the packaging is tamperproof. Never will I ever return again.

My husband went there for pods for my Koko vape. The lady working there didn’t know what my husband was referring to and said he could purchase the set of pods to see if they worked and if they didn’t, he could return them. Sure enough they didn’t work. He walked back in the store and she said she needed a manager to do a return so he should come back the next day. My husband returned the following day and was told by the manager in a snappy tone that they did not do returns on pods. It’s not so much a matter of the money we lost but just the inexperienced worker and the attitude of the manager that really set us off on this place. Won’t be returning.

Doesn't help at all when the products they sell don't work. Seriously don't even try to ask because they don't care. Sold a non working product several times.

They haven’t had the juice I use for a month now. I keep getting told that it will be ordered the next time.
