McDonald's

This is the most well-run McDonald's I've ever been to. I pass two McDonald's on my way here from my house. Every time I come, it is very well run. The staff is highly attentive, and the food comes out very quickly despite being extremely busy. To top it all off, we just had a tornado in the area and they are running like a well-oiled machine. Thank you for having great customer service!

Kathleen D. Was amazing! She was very sweet and polite and helped with all of our questions. We had gone to the McDonald's on 31st st. In temple and it's only 7:30, the lobby was closed and when I called the person who answered was so rude. I would highly recommend this McDonald's in Belton!! The food is great, clean building, and very sweet employees!!!

Always great service at this location! They never forget my sauce or modifications. Very fast during the lunch rush.

Employees are always nice and service is fast depending on time of day. We usually visit before 4 pm. It just sucks that their ice cream machine is down again.

When we pulled up at 11:40pm on a Friday they had a long line stretching to the front of the store. Despite the line, they moved pretty fast. We got our food by 11:57!!! Very impressive.

Another thing, the lady taking our order had a nice southern hospitality to her. The workers seemed genuinely happy! Which always gives me more confidence in the food quality. Turned out to be true fries were hot and my coke was calibrated right + it was nicely carbonated.

Also, I had to get out to walk because I am pregnant. I felt safe walking by the building.

After a camping trip we went through the Drive-through for breakfast on a Saturday morning, well y'all: It was wonderful!!! My food was hot,the service was quick and the quality of the product, which to me is the most important thing of all was good. To us good food and efficient service it goes a long way.

Stopped here this morning from Austin on the way to an appointment, very clean restaurant, wonderful customer service, fast and friendly! It is refreshing to see such positivity at a fast food place. All the workers were busy doing tasks, wiping counters, asking if each other needed help, etc. Big thumbs up! Wish we had this kind of service in Austin!

A very clean and friendly staff. Great service. Hot fries to my liking. Update 7 Dec 2023. I still say this is the best and friendliest McDonald's in the Temple and Belton area. Also very clean too. Still a 5 ⭐'s rating. 👍👍

It was really great, stopped prior to going to a concert and the food came quickly to which I was very pleased with. The staff was amazing and just good people. If I'm ever traveling this way again, I'll definitely stop here again. Thank you!

Nice atmosphere, definitely lacking fun and color with no Ronald Mcdonald

I give 10 STARS. I was hungry, feeling depressed and tired! A young lady working the counter, changed my whole day with 3 words I needed: GOD BLESS YOU.

I decided to come at around 3 am. Everyone was awake and very friendly. And it had surprisingly good business for so early in the morning. A little slow making the food however.

Stopped here after getting some inedible nuggets at a different McDs. Fresh hot and fast so 5 stars. New favorite McD for us on the 35 route. Dining room open Saturday afternoon no issues

The crew are amazing! I always go there for my caramel mocha. They are friendly, kind and great customer service. The supervisor are very nice. Keep up the good work!

Every morning I come through here for breakfast and there is this amazing funny older woman who always cheers my morning up with her free spirited attitude. They have good hot and fresh food every morning and I wouldn't go anywhere else than here for my breakfast. Amazing staff fresh food!!! Thank you to all the ladies who are there at the 4am hours making me smile. YOUR AMAZING KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
