Everybody at this office has been awesome and very helpful, but my first encounter was with Ms. Liliana and she was and has been phenomenal in helping me out with whatever I needed and we did it over the phone which was s plus in the beginning. Then I got to go meet everyone and what a joy it was! I live doing business with this company. They go above & beyond to serve their clients well, but since Ms. Liliana started me out, I give her my best vote, in Jesus name. Amen

What a wonderful experience - to call a business and actually be able to talk to a live person, not a robot, immediately! And every time we call. We bought our auto insurance policy through Veronica's office a few months ago and have had nothing but great service. I like the extra discount through the Drive Safe & Save program. Haven't had to make a claim (fingers crossed), but everyone we've spoken to at the office makes sure we're fully taken care of with our needs. Highly recommended!

Absolutely love the staff at this office! As a customer, you become a part of their family. Veronica goes above and beyond for her customers every time. She has an amazing team but, I have to send a kudos to Liliana. She does a great job and shows a rare amount of compassion. Will stay here as long as I can.

It’s my first time shopping for auto Insurance in the US, and I was getting exhausted talking to many different representatives. I got the feeling like they just wanted to close a sale. But when I talked with Ashten, she was patient, kind and understanding. Overall, she made me feel comfortable. Even made me laugh a few times. I didn’t purchase on the first phone call but was very interested after talking with her, and again she was patient and kind.
