T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Let me just say that I only come to this Tmobile store because of Alicia. She always helps me with everything that I need. Alicia is the best in this store.

Last month my cellphone service was switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, triggering some changes on my cell. I was warmly greeted by the manager at the 5th Street Station's store, and quickly referred to Taryn England, who is a great listener, obviously very knowledgeable, informative, and who quickly resolved the problems I had. I was so impressed, I decided to consult Taryn about a T-Mobile promotion problem my son had. Since I didn't know all the details, I called my son and gave Taryn my cell to talk with him. My son and I were both impressed with the questions Taryn asked him and with Taryn's understanding of the problem and recommendations of how to resolve it. I congratulate T-Mobile for having employees like Taryn, and my son and I are grateful for Taryn's help.

Lyle was fantastic assisting my wife and I with upgrading our phones after we had a mishap. He made great recommendations, worked efficiently, and was kind and patient while explaining some of the finer details to us. Excellent service!

Travis was SO SO helpful and got all of our problems squared away quickly and kindly! He was truthful and honest with us and that is very rare when it comes to dealing with phone companies! He even stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. Excellent employee and excellent person. He was THE BEST!

The girls who work here are extremely kind and helpful. They were super sweet and patient. It made my day that much better. Just a wonderful experience overall. Thank you guys again for the umbrella!

Alright so I was already frustrated coming in because I upgraded my phone online and the SIM card wouldn’t work - figures. SO I had to wait about an hour before Anthony could get to me which was okay considering he was the only one in there. I used to work for Verizon so I know sometimes how slow some of the processes can be. Somehow this guy was keeping up with literally 5 people at a time. I would’ve lost my marbles at some point but this dude legit keeps his cool and knows his stuff which I really appreciate considering every time I call one of the 800 numbers for sprint they never seem to know what’s going on or it takes them 30 mins to help me. Anthony solved as much of my issue as he could & I couldn’t appreciate it more. I only had to explain my issue once to him and he had it under control. It was worth the wait & now my phone is working (after a 30 min phone call to sprint of course). I appreciate his efforts and honestly felt bad for him because he’s the ONLY one in there. It’s hard to find good help and Anthony deserves a raise like no other. Calm, cool & collected!

Travis Johnson was extremely helpful, honest and patient when I walked in looking for new phones and trying to figure out the best plan for my family. He was very upfront about costs and phones. Excellent service given especially considering he stayed 3 hours after he was off to get this taken care of for me! The customer service is the main reason I stay with sprint!!! Thank You Travis!!!

I’ve been with Sprint since the beginning, like 1999 beginning! It’s always been the customer service that has kept me from leaving, and now the newest local store has showed me a whole new level of customer service - in walks Travis; kind, patient, easy going, problem solving Saint! I finally upgraded my phone after an obscene number of years. My old technology was having trouble pairing with a modern device, which produced a lot of false starts when transferring data. The staff could not have been more patient or more persistent. They made sure I didn't lose a single app, setting or photo and what's more, they were excellent company while I waited. After a pretty long day, I was worried it would be like going to the DMV and could not have been more mistaken. They were genuinely lovely and I left with a working, modern phone and a smile. Thank you!

Mandy was very helpful! Everytime I go to this store they always do their best to help troubleshoot what's going on with my phone. And if it's an issue that needs expertise else where they've always given me good references.
