Ed is one of if not the best bike mechanic I have used. His attention to detail and integrity is stellar. The inventory is always stocked and excellent customer service!!!

I’m new to the MTB community and a friend recommended these guys when I screwed up my Derailleur. Ed was able to get it fixed and also fixed another issue with the cassette cogs that I was unaware even existed in no time.

He also spent some extra time offering expert knowledge in bike maintenance.

I've been with Bespoke since their first day and always have an excellent experience working on my gravel and MTBs. Ed has figured our some "interesting things" from manufacturer defects to user errors extremely quickly and got the bike back to working better than ever. Update 2023: Another amazing experience, but now it is their retail shop. I purchased a used bike online and had them do a tune up. Unlike other places they asked me a ton of questions even before I dropped it off. Then I also did a fitting with them. Ed took the time to really understand how I ride.

I had never been fitted for a bike before and it was a great experience. I learned a ton from the conversation and left understanding my bike and myself a little bit better. It was all explained super well and overall I am just very impressed and these guys are highly recommended.

2020 review: Amazing service! They came out to my work and fixed a mistake I made while doing a repair. They were very friendly, professional and I’m back up and running with very little downtime. I will be calling them again next time I have any issues! They also had great communication and arrived on time.

Ed has been great to work with to get my son's new mountain bike all set up. He was very helpful with finding a dropper post, pedals, and grips and then installing everything as well. He is beyond reasonable in terms of price in my opinion and is very flexible with finding time to figure out what you need and then installing as well. Awesome customer service!

Ed did a great job working on my bike and was very conscientious. The convenience of someone coming to me instead of me burning an hour x 2 dropping off then picking up my bike is very valuable to me. Ed is great. If you want the anti bike shop experience he is your guy. Doesn’t try to upsell or sell you something you don’t need. Was on time and very personable. I highly recommend.

Ed is an outstanding and seasoned mechanic with excellent customer-focused service. His innovative approach to sales and service with his mobile shop has been a real asset to his customers, especially during the pandemic.

I had a hard to diagnose noise from my road bike. Mr. Reynolds arrived on time and quickly made an adjustment. No more noise! He was professional and knowledgeable. Because it is a mobile service, it was far more convenient than loading up my bike and fighting the traffic. I recommend this local business to anyone needing a bike repaired.

Ed came out to my house and installed a new set of drops for my road bike. This guy is beyond professional IMHO. Great work, timely, and on point. Even took the time to answer the MANY other questions I had being (pretty much) a noob at this sport. Excellent!
