Mavis Tires & Brakes

We got a flat tire on a road trip and stopped in here to get it fixed. They told us they could see us in an hour and a half, and we were super happy that the entire process only took that long. Everyone was kind, understanding, and professional. If we’re ever driving through here again we will definitely wave to our new friends at Mavis!

I had a low pressure alert on my tire and came to Mavis. They took wonderful care of my tire, showed me where the leak was coming from, and fixed it for me. They also checked my brakes and rotors. The customer service and attention to detail was phenomenal, and every staff member was complete amazing!!!! The staff here is very knowledgeable , and I will definitely be coming back here!!!

I wanted to say Thank you to both Erica and Wes at Mavis tire in Clemmons NC. My daughter’s car tire fought with a Nail and the nail one. I understand this is a simple task for a tire establishment but that’s not what I’m thankful for. It was adding to the already booked to do list of people and taking care of it in a timely manner. This is not the first time this location has done something like this for me. I wouldn’t say I’m a regular I’m just a guy with kids with cars. Thanks Mavis. Epically Erica and Wes.

Erica and the crew at Mavis saved the day for me. I blew not one but two boat tires 40 miles from home on a Sunday. They had the tires available, answered all my questions and got the tires mounted quickly and I was on my way. Great customer service and great place!!

We have been here several times for work on both our cars. Had a flat tire this morning. Took it in and they got it fixed right away and best of all, with no charge! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Had a nail in a tire after church on a Sunday just before a family birthday party. Mavis team was able to work me in quickly, plug the tire, and get us back on the road. Appreciate their help in a pinch.

I took my car to Mavis Tire for an oil change and tire rotation. They were prompt and very professional. They communicated issues regarding my vehicle and were very quick with servicing. I had an issue from a previous oil change at another place that they fixed free of charge for me. Very great customer service. I will continue to go here.

Went in to get new front brakes. I was given a great price for everything! And didn’t take forever. Will definitely go back to these guys!

I just went in to get my tire fixed and they did a great job. The guys working and the manager were extremely nice, and they had a new valve stem on in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend

My daughter hit a deep pothole and bent the rim and shredded the tire on her car. I called Mavis around 11:30 on a Sunday morning not hopeful of getting a quick resolution and thankfully I was wrong about that! I explained to Don what happened and that my daughter needed to go back to school that evening, etc. He, at the very least, wanted to make sure the car was safe to drive even if we had to use the spare. In a span of a few hours, we got the car to Mavis, rim repaired, new tire, alignment and balanced. Their team provided excellent service and in a timely manner! Very grateful for their hard work!

100% earned my business I had a screw in my tire and was planning on having the tire replaced but nope it was just in the top layer of tread. Leo was amazing and showed me the tires was not leaking and ensured me it was safe for travel. They could have easily just told me I needed a new tire and made money off of me…. I greatly appreciate the honesty. Thank you Leo and thank you mavis !!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The mechanics did a very thorough analysis and completed all necessary repairs. Everything was explained clearly. A very friendly business. I highly recommend it.

Everyone was super helpful and addressed my concerns in a way that made sense to me. I don’t know much about cars but Don explained the issue with my brake fluid and what issues it could cause since it was already super dark. Alex kept me updated the whole time on the status of my car and the guys in the back room car of it quickly so I really appreciate everyone!!!

I have been a client for a while now and have yet to regret it. They are open on Sundays which is helpful at times. I had to stop in today with a nail in my tire, Shane & Joseph were exceptional. I appreciate the reliability & service is always top notch!

I been going to Mavis Tire in Clemmons since moving to the area 4 years ago. They have always taken good care of my family. Today I noticed a fast leak in my tire. Called Don, he fit my car right in, got it taken care of and got me safely back on the road in no time! I’m a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Mavis tire for my automotive needs.

Awesome place for tire repair. I had a nail embedded I could hear while I was driving. I knew it could be flat by the morning. They were directly across the street, it was 6:30pm. Saw they were open until 8:30, I drove over there, they had it patched up in less than 20 minutes. Awesome service, super nice guys! I will be back and highly recommend them!

Wonderful fast service. I had my oil low far before it should have been and they checked it. Turns out it was leaking. They didn't when charge me for the top up. 10/10 would recommend

My husband has been a mechanic for over 20 years and the only thing he isn't set up to do at home are tires and alignments. We've been to several tire shops over the years and are happy to have found Mavis. They stand by their work and have always gotten our vehicles in and out quickly.

These guys are so sweet and took really good care of my Armada. I love my new tires and Don was awesome in picking them out with us. I’ll definitely be back!
