This shop has fixed my phone screen as well as cleaned my phones charging port. They are very professional and honest. They were even nice enough to clean the charging port free of charge because I was a returning customer. Great small business

The guys at this shop are great! Over the past 5 years we have taken in our personal and business laptops, tablets, and phones. Everytime we have gotten quick expert repair. My last situation was with my business laptop and Tom and his staff quickly diagnosed the problem and had my laptop back in my office within 24 hours. Thanks and highly recommend!

I always use these guys for my phone repairs. When our new exchange student couldn’t get her phone to work, Tom stepped in and saved the day. When I needed mobile hotspot function for my mobile vet practice, Tom saved the day. Always a smile, good advice, bad dad jokes and excellent pricing here. Can’t recommend them enough.

If I could give 10 stars I would. After a horrible week, I broke my business computer which meant I couldn't work and access what I was in the middle of during my busy season. Gadget Techs were incredibly helpful and understanding and had it fixed within a day. Complete life savers and so nice throughout the entire experience even thought they were busy. Thank you!!

My iPad wouldn't open or take a charge. Found Gadget Tech online and thought I'd give them a try. Miracle worker. Not only fixed the problem but explain how it happened. Also showed me how to fix it. Saved me from buying a new one! Made my day!

Gadget Techs save me $1,000.00!
My iPhone 11 had and unfortunate run in with my pickup truck door and the back of the of the case was crushed... literally the mother board of the phone was exposed! Although the phone still turned on it was doomed to a very short life and I was pretty much resigned to the fact that I would have to cough up big bucks to replace it.
But heck, I had always had a great experience with these guys so I drove up to Hanover from Plymouth to have them take a look and assess the situation to confirm that there was little to no hope.
And what do you know???
Dan just HAPPENED to have an iPhone 11 chasis (case) in the back and was able to remove the guts of my phone and insert it into the new case. It looks and works like a brand new phone!
Dan performed a major transplant which was no small miracle to me.
The cost for the 'surgery' was extremely fair as I am sure it took him awhile and the cost and hassle of replacing would have been an expensive bummer.

This shop has helped me on numerous occasions. In urgent matters when I would accidentally break my iPhone (one of my hobbies) the service would always be quick, friendly and very helpful! I recommend them to anyone in the area or who needs a phone repair !

Great service, pleasure doing business with them!! I had a laptop that was infected through my own fault...They listened to my confession and never were judgemental...made me feel better about damage control. They took the time to educate and they made the repairs quickly and completely. The cost was extremely fair not at all expensive ...I highly recommend these folks for excellent customer service and support.

I had taken my phone to another phone repair store to fix the glass. They fixed it but let the primary camera smudged and dirty. O took my phone back and the denied smudging the inside of the glass

Walked in to Gadget Techs and was only there for maybe 6-7 minutes. The young man was very friendly and fixed up my phones camera! Definitely recommend these guys! Great service and great results

Verizon rep, unable to complete data transfer to my new phone (my old one took yet another trip to a floor), 1st recommended Best Buy Geek Squad, 2nd recommendation was for these fellows... Though she warned they might be more expensive than Geek Squad. After being on hold for over an hour on 3 separate occasions just to find out when I could make an appointment, I thankfully was smart enough to call Gadget Techs. "Come right in" was their reply.
For a very fair price they did a timely, complete, job with a smile!! If You are anything like me and time and frustration are money, do take this recommendation... You won't be sorry.

These guys are great went in for my phone not charging correctly. My cellphone provider wanted me to get new phone. All it needed was a cleaning of the charging port and gadget tech did that for no charge i highly recommend them. I've used them many times and awesome great to the customer.

This place is the BEST!! I went in there today because I forgot to bring my headphones with me to the gym next door. The employee, I think his name is Gary, gave me a pair of headphones for FREE. He told me to bring them back if I don’t like them! Thank you so much, you made my day!!

The guys that work there are great! I couldn't get my daughter's Chromebook to charge or turn on. We walked into Gadget Techs and they were able to get the computer to turn on and charge! Definitely would return there for other devices!

Stopped in today with some wifi adaptor connectivity issues. The intern Will and the owner were so helpful and had my issues resolved within 15 minutes. Fantastic customer service, will absolutely be back again

These guys are great. Had to have screen fixed and they did it for a better price than quoted and fast. I will definitely be returning to them with everything I brake!!!

These folks are terrific and ridiculously reasonable. They fixed my phone in less than 15 minutes with no appointment. Highly recommend!

Update:
I've been here several times for various issues and have walked away each time with a fix or a solution. Never disappoints. There's very little that's more frustrating to me than tech issues that I can't fix. Gadget Techs, Tom specifically, , removes the frustration! I give this place 10 stars! ⭐
