Good people, so much so I started dealing with them exclusively this summer. They steer me right, and they don't oversell unlike some other places. Everett alone is worth the price of admission. Their prices are on par with everyone else's, after all they're a pool store$

Staff were just young folks watching the cash register. Most of them had very little technical knowledge and we're worthless when it came to helping customers get their pool water in better shape. Hours posted online were not as short as what the store actually did.

I needed some help replacing some parts on an older pool filter. I was hoping to salvage it and get a couple more seasons out of it by doing so. Long story short a couple parts the staff ordered for me were wrong, as in the ordered the wrong part. I felt the staff was more interested in making a sale then helping me resolve my problem. If one of them had simply said we can't find the part you need I would have been ok with that and could have saved myself a couple weeks of waiting for something that in the end didn't help me at all. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because the staff was very friendly and apologetic in the end and I was able to get a full refund for the parts I couldn't use. They seem very knowledgeable and trained about the chemical treatments for pools but not the mechanical aspect. I would recommend they hit a full time staffer to handle those types of things. They did mention having a service side employee but that he was constantly out and about at people homes performing said services. Someone in the store, even if it was only certain times would be helpful.

I will never use Leslie's again! I ordered a part online to pick up at the Hanover location. I drove there and the store was closed!!!. A handmade sign indicated they closed on 4/9/22 and suggested other locations. I paid for the part but no other location will give you the part because they will not get the sale. I called Corporate and they were useless!!! Not empowered to do anything. I will be shopping at the Abington Pool Place from now on. STAY AWAY FROM LESLIE POOLS!!!
