These employees really have their jazz together. Veterans Parkway should take lessons from the store. People are so kind nobody judges anybody we are all just people trying to get our Joe.

My favorite Starbucks. Baristas are great and the place is usually very clean. The very few times I've had issues with my drink (accidentally missed a flavor shot or something), they've remade it quickly and correctly.

My granddaughter bought me a pound of Sumatra but she forgot to get it ground. So I brought it in and they were more than glad to do that for me. They were all so nice and friendly

Mackenzie was the sweetest barista I have ever had! She made sure my drink was absolutely perfect and had the most positive vibe ever. This girl deserves a promotion hands down. You don’t come by gems like her very often!

I visit this location at least once a week and my experience is always excellent. The store and lot are immaculately clean. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The food and drinks are always fresh, correct, and delicious. These folks are doing an OUTSTANDING job!

Recently visited it and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were made to perfection. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and I was able to get a lot of work done while enjoying my drink. Would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

This is the best Starbucks in town. Quick, friendly service and well made drinks. On the afternoon I'm writing this - 2/28/23, the girl taking orders at the counter was absolutely lovely. I didn't catch her name, unfortunately!

This Starbucks is always on it, unlike the others in Springfield from my experience. Mobile order is usually always ready on time and their drive through moves fast. Everyone is super friendly when I come in to pick up. Anytime I go to any other location, I regret it (compared to this one).

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The employees are super friendly, service is fast, and the store is clean. I will drive clear across town just to go to this Starbucks in particular because it’s always a great experience!!

They are friendly and always polite. They want to please the customer and they do. I really like this store and will continue to go there. Thank you for opening back up and keeping us safe and letting us enjoy the great beverages you serve.

Great Starbucks...great staff team...friendly

I have recently grown accustomed to ordering by mobile app and picking up in the store. I love the convenience of this, but admit that it does take away from the overall experience of engaging with the staff. The staff are friendly and courteous. It seems a shame to just dash-in, pick up my drink and dash out. I recently got to go in and sit down and just relax and drink my coffee. I believe this is the way to best enjoy Starbucks. It is also handy to order and pick-up, but I will be making it a point to deliberately stay when I can.

Great rooms, best bed in 3 nights compared to other Quality Inns. Clean, tidy, new furnishings, we appreciate their establishment. We'll be back.

This Starbucks is a little smaller than others in Springfield. The baristas we friendly and fast.

Can't beat the staff or service at this store. I've been through here early late and on some occassions multiple times in a day. They treat my personal cup with great care and the most friendly people you'll ever know. Great place to start a day or even end it.
