Dunkin'

Dunkin is by far the superior coffee company but the Wrightsboro Rd location is the best Dunkin local to the Augusta area.
The staff is always kind. The service is always fast, even when they run out of something, they’re quick to find a substitute. You’re a PERSON that just happens to like coffee and donuts at Dunkin, not just an order number.
They treat regulars like friends and family. I’m not sure what coffee milk is, but I NEED it and Isaiah knows exactly how I like my Iced Dunkalatte!! I get the best service here weather I’m picking up my coffee, or for my mom (Laura) or my aunt (Marcy) who are both regulars too! We love our Dunkin staff as much as we love our coffee.

The crew and manager at this location, especially in the morning with Julie is the absolute best. I order cold brew every morning and it's spot on every single time

My visit to grovetown had me looking for a Dunkin donuts on the map. There is one near the interstate and a new one in grovetown so I got directions to the one in grovetown from Google maps....good thing I did because there are NO SIGNS and if you were not looking for it, you would never notice it! I added the photos from both directions.
The service was super fast and as always the best coffee!

My go to Dunkin since it’s so close. Staff has always been nice and friendly. I usually just order on the app and they have it ready when I arrive. App also has great deals.

My favorite Dunkin’ around town. I mobile order and my order is always ready whenever I walk-in. Coffee is always good and food always delicious! I visit 4/5 times a week and have never had a bad experience. Customer service is great and employees are always nice (both the younger associates and the manager). Also, they always go out of their way to make sure my dogs get their pup cups! I will continue to support this location with my business.

Isaiahs a goat. They were about to close so I placed a mobile order for a coffee and strawberry sprinkle donut, just to get up to the window to be told they don’t have anymore strawberry sprinkled donuts. Disappointed, I just said he could substitute with whatever and he gave me extra donuts so bless that man. #Legend

We visit this new Dunkin’ 3-5 times a week since it’s closer to my house. I always get a Lg iced coffee with mocha, cream, and sugar. Every time I’ve been it’s been very consistent and on point except 1 time I think they forgot to put the mocha. We sometimes get the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant 🥐. Sometimes we purchase donuts but not many at a time and it’s usually the sour cream, blueberry, or jelly. I hope they stay pretty consistent since the one on Lewiston Rd fell off so quick I quit going before they finished building this one. Customer service is always great for as well!

As long as I live I don’t think think I’ll ever understand long essay bad reviews over the most random petty things.

It’s a new Dunkin and I’m sure the staff is learning. I’ve been here like 5 times and gotten coffee, sandwiches, donuts and whatever and it’s been great every time.

Happy to have another dot on the map where I can buy more caffeine!

Absolutely love their morning crew! I work in grovetown and I am often there between 6am-7am! They are SUPER FRIENDLY! And always make my order to perfection!!!

This staff is SO friendly and welcoming! We brought our 3 cane corsos through the drive thru and they gave each of them pup cups and we were all laughing watching them enjoy their treats. We got 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches and they were all fantastic! Definitely our new go to location 🧡

Brand New store. We enjoyed the frozen coffees, very well done to our specifications and loved the grill cheese sandwich.

Always have decent service here. Donuts tend to be dry but the drinks are great. I'll be a regular here.
