He even looked up previous orders for me to help me compare older mattresses that I had. He was honest and didn’t try to upsell a more expensive product that didn’t fit my needs. We have not received our mattress yet. Purchased it & will be receiving it in a week so I can’t comment on that, but in regard to our salesman - Zachary was very personable and knowledgeable of all the different types of mattresses they had to offer at this location, took his time explaining in detail the qualities of each one we were interested in. We were pleased with our experience! Looking forward to a good nights sleep! 😴

We had a wonderful experience today with Zach in Amherst. He was personable, knowledgeable and very kind. He helped us find our perfect mattress that will be delivered in just a short couple of days! We highly recommend checking this location out if you’d like to upgrade your bed.

My wife and I were very disappointed with a recent bed purchase and the poor customer service we received from that retailer. We were looking to move on
from this terrible buying experience in hopes of rediscovering what a well-rested body feels like. I drive by Mattress Firm almost daily and noticed that they were having a sale.

My wife and I had to drive separately, but when I arrived Lee had already welcomed her and she was trying out some mattresses. We have different preferences in mattresses and Linda was well on her way to finding hers. "Where are the firm ones Lee?", I inquired. Lee's relaxed, no-pressure vibe made me feel right at home. With Lee's knowledge of the various products, it didn't take me long and I had narrowed my search to four. About 45 minutes later, my wife and I had both made our final selections. Lee gave us every discount available, quickly got us 24 month, zero interest, financing and arranged delivery for the following week. He even arranged for delivery and set-up, and for them to take away the 5 year old, $9800 marriage wrecker.

Lee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was a surprisingly good experience, as it seems most retail places don’t hold on to their experienced employees. I hope Mattress Firm can keep him around. Go see Lee and let him guide you through the process, you won’t regret it.

Zack was super helpful and friendly. The place was slammed with people and he was managing to juggle all the customers needs and questions all at the same time so there was no real wait time for the customers between giving them info, showing them the mattress firm credit, and bringing the trial mattresses down from the display.

Zach was professional and respectful in helping my senior father select a new mattress. He knows the products very well and attempts to learn about each customer and their preferences. Highly recommend!!!

Good experience. Easy to read signage. Lee was helpful but not pushy. Found what we needed at good financing!

Visited the Nashua store to find a hybrid mattress. Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different options. We ended up buying a King size High Point Sealy Posturpedic.
