I had a very short window in which to buy a tuxedo for my own wedding. I had been messaging the Store via WhatsApp prior to my arrival, and from that point onwards the level of service I received from Sean was next level. He remembered me upon arrival, and then proceeded to give me the greatest level of care, guidance and expert advice I’ve had a very long time. A fantastic ambassador for the store and the brand.

I was looking for a suit for a last minute wedding I was attending the very next day. Having never worn a suit my entire life, I was a bit lost. I ran around Manhattan to different stores trying on suits by myself before I eventually ended up at Hugo Boss. Rory the sales rep was excellent. I didn't once feel like he was pushing a sale but more like he just wanted to help me LOOK GOOD. I could tell Rory was a pro. He took one look at me and knew exactly what my pants size would be. He went to the backroom and brought out two jackets and first jacket I put on fit me like a glove. I'm not a rich man and the price was a little out of my scope. I honestly told Rory I'm on a budget and he even hooked me up with hemming my pants free of charge at one of their off site tailors. Needless to say, my first suit experience was amazing and I looked great at the wedding thanks to Rory.

Sales associate Agelina(spelling) was extremely nice and patient despite me walking in 15 mins prior to closing. I appreciate her staying 15 mins past closing as well! She also gave several recommendations that I purchased.

Customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. I was warmly greeted and had a comfortable time shopping around. Kim was an amazing guide and made me very pleased with my purchase. Will be returning again someday.

Izzy was amazing. This guy made my experience at this store like no other. I don't shop here much but came in looking for something and he directed to exactly what I needed.I'd go back to this store specificly just because of Izzy.

Fashion at its highest quietly. The service is amazing. They always have what your looking for and if they dont they will do anything in there power to get it for you.Great fashion at a fair price. Nice looking modern day clothes for young adults and adults to. Always have a size your looking for. Im always here in the winter picking up a new jacket or some new boots. Oh and the collage is to die for.

If you live in or visit a city that expresses the seasons that allow for Hugo Boss to radiate that's magical.

I would like to see more of a age marraige of staff members. This seems to be lacking in our culture. Fashion is for all ages, let's see our global-collective when we enter Hugo Boss.

THIS is where to go to buy a suit. As for Javier. He rocks. I even got the socks and shoes to go with it. WOrht every penny. They make you feel like a million bucks.
