Nostalgia coming to see this bridge from home alone! The bridge itself is actually really tall - my dad could barely see my head over the stones so if you’re short watch out 😂 nice bridge and gives great views.

Beautiful spot in Central Park to enjoy beautiful views of the city and park. Every time we go to the city I have to explore another park in the park. It is absolutely beautiful. Lots of walking trails, rocks to climb, and beautiful lawn to sit and relax on. There was an ice skating ring when we were there this time. It was beautiful and not far from the Gapstow bridge.

If you wanna get a view of The Plaza and Fifth Avenue as seen on Home Alone 2, then this is the place to be. There’s an entrance to the park right opposite the street from the hotel and the Gapstow Bridge is a 5-7 minute walk from there.

What else can I say, it's a quaint yet famous bridge surrounded by lush greenery, adorable wildlife, and of course, lots of people.
It's almost always busy, and with the amount of foot traffic around, it gets difficult to take good pictures without people in them. But come on a good day/time and you can take great shots.
Autumn is the perfect season to come. With all the colors changing, the bridge looks even more beautiful with a good romantic feel to the area.
But if you just want to visit without care for photos, it shouldn't matter when you go. Just expect a crowd.

This cute little spot bring a lot of people together to enjoy the view. The bridge provides a beautiful sight-see. The ducks in the pond are very friendly and sometimes you can see them walking right by you.

My favorite spot in Central Park, the area right off the bridge is a nice place that is great for reading, writing, drawing or just taking a few moments to enjoy nature without bumping into people. On top of the bridge is a little busy. The photos are worth the wait, most people move pretty quickly to allow others to take photos. It's a lovely place to snap photos with a view of the city from Central park.

While the Big Apple may be more famous for Brooklyn Bridge, the charms of Central Park's Gapstow Bridge win us over every time. A neat stone arch dating to 1896, it's nestled among the trees and grasses of New York's Green Lung and set against its towering skyscrapers.

It was a nice location to take pictures but take them quick because it’s a heavy traffic area.

Such an iconic bridge that been featured in many many films. Whenever I walk on this bridge, I always think about the first time I ever visited New York which are very fond and super sentimental memories for me. Love this part of Central Park. Amazing backsplash in every direction.
