Spencer was SO helpful! We were on the market for a new window AC unit and had literally no idea what we should be looking for. Spencer took notice and offered his assistance. He was super knowledgeable of all the units and knew exactly what to recommend when we have him the specifications of our current unit and square footage. He found the exact right unit for us and got us set up for a delivery. All the whole there were other customers and employees asking for his assistance. He did a great job of juggling everything while still making us feel taken care of. Be sure to work with Spencer if you visit this store!!

Orlando was an incredibly helpful sales associate. He was knowledgeable, patient, easy to work with. Takes his job seriously but has a good sense of humor. He helped us figure out which air conditioners would work best for our apartment, and he was clear about all the costs involved. We've bought other products from this location, and every salesperson has been nice. But Orlando ranks Number One!

My fiance and I just went in to buy an AC unit. Neither of us had bought a window unit before, and so we needed help. Spencer absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was extremely helpful; he was very knowledgeable about all of the technical aspects of the units themselves, what we would need for our space, and answered all of my questions about installation. I feel like we ended up with the right unit for the right reasons, and he made it a smooth, enjoyable time.

Asked us how he could help immediately as we came in, gave us helpful information comparing half a dozen items, helped us through the process of identifying our particular needs. Had a great experience at the Broadway store today. I needed 2 air conditioners and the salesman, Orlando listened to what I needed and walked me through my options. He is an extremely knowledgeable guy in thier products and helped me find exactly what fit the bill. I walked out a happy camper.

Orlando is the best salesmen that I ever had. He’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He doesn’t try to force you to buy a product, he allows you to ask as many questions, you want to ask. Of course you either purchase then or you would definitely come back and request him for your purchase. I highly recommend him to everyone one I know. I can’t say enough about him.

I am so happy that I met Dane on my first visit to replace my washer and dryer. We talked about what I needed and the possibilities- he gave me fact sheets for me to take home to consider and to measure the available space. We talked on the phone several times. I brought in photos of the area as well. Today I purchased my set and got $150 off what he’d quoted to me. Thank you Dane and PC Richards. I will be getting all my appliances here!

Dane contacted me yesterday to go over the delivery timeline. Thank you! The delivery guys stayed in touch with more detailed arrival , were polite , efficient and got my new units installed. A great experience overall!

Placed an order for an ac online and went to the store to pick it up as it was ready less than an hour after I placed the order. I got there and the cashier and salesman sped me through the process and about 10 minutes later someone loaded the AC into my car. Well done PC!

Orlando gave me an excellent shopping experience. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store! I’ve purchased most of my major appliances from him. PC Richard’s UWS location is great. Make sure to look for Orlando. He was super helpful, professional and friendly. No hard sell. Came in to do my research to find the quietest AC and got good advice. Will be back to make a purchase with him after I measure.
