Girl at the drive thru sounded like she lost her puppy recently. Or sad they didn't have shamrock shake. Now I'm sad

Drive thru was very fast and efficient. Food was hot and about par on taste. Good job to this McDonald's

I just went to this McDonald's for the first time in a long time. I was helped by Hawke, and he was the sweetest guy I have ever met. He asked if I wanted a drink carrier and he also gave me a bigger bag to carry the food I ordered. He deserves some major props for being so kind.

1 st drive-thru lane was broken no one told us. Had to wait for the lady behind me to back up to move to the outer lane. So 3 cars went before I got waited on even when I order on the app.

This McDonald's location isn't bad. The food here is decent. The workers here do pretty good for most part. Way better than the one in Niles.

This store has really got it together! The food was good the food was fast in the food was hot! Good job to keep it up guys!

The Dowagiac McDonald's was clean, my food was freshly made (nothing better than hot salted french fries🍟), and the Shamrock Shake being back on the menu, made my day! Hmmm...now I need to go get another Shamrock Shake. Brb. 😁

I'm new to the area and since my move her this location is by far one of the best I've ever had at any McDonald's Great food,Great service

Same food as it was 3 years ago, now $1 more. Either it was a great deal 3 years ago or now we're being ripped off. Either way, what do you expect from McDonald's?

The morning crew is so nice and always on top of it! I love the breakfast as well.

Ice cream machine always seems to be down

Fast friendly service if they are busy they usually are they tell you to take a seat. Worker will usually bring your food to the table and then come and put your tray and trash in the dumping station. HOW COOL IS THAT?

I really think some of these food industry workers more appreciation and it get some of them really got some nerves of steel dealing with some of the people they deal with.

Never been a big fan of McDonald's but I got to tell you they made a grill smart move by making fresh Quarter Pounders. They are actually a pretty decent burger place now if you get the fresh-made quarter pounder. I have a feeling McDonald's is going to go full fresh after realizing the response to this one food they make fresh now.

The food was right, hot, and the wait time in the drive thru was no more then 10 minutes.

Service was very friendly and fast. The lobby was clean with a relaxed atmosphere. It is a popular restraunt in this area. The food was fresh and delicous.
