love it my first time there last month i got my first curly front lace wig. they helped me and showed me how to wear it very nice people def. going back again soon.

I love everything about them! They will try to give you the best experience possible with them! Their wigs are phenomenal!! I recommend them to everyone!

My favorite place to go!!! I love the staff here, they make me feel like family. They help with finding anything I ask for even if they do not have it, they direct me to a place that does. They will always have my business! You are greeted upon entering and the products are here that aren’t anywhere else. I can actually afford to shop here for my beauty supplies! I’ll always return and hopefully find something new to try.

I recommend them to anyone looking for hair extensions and anything you need for hair or beauty. They are the nicest people and show they appreciate your business with them! There just so awesome i wouldn't think of going anywhere else

This is a very well stocked place for hair and hair accessories, jewelry and accessories. The proprietor was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the multitude of products. Definitely worth a visit, even if you aren’t in the market for a wig. This store has so much more!

This place is beyond wonderful! If you get the chance to stop by, you won’t regret it. They have everything and SO many wigs/hair/ everything lol! Such a beautiful selection and priced amazing. Each of the staff were helpful. I didn’t get her name but one of them helped me so much. She was constantly running in the back trying to find the right colors etc for me. I am so appreciative of her! I can’t wait to go back. If you need like sally tools, they have them so much cheaper! I drove 1.5 and this was my last stop. It should’ve been my first bc it was the best. Thank you guys so much!!! 🤎

There are several reviews stating that this store is the best because of lack of competition/other hair retailers in the Charleston area. That is completely irrelevant to me. This store will always hold a special place in my heart. I began getting my first bald patches (due to medical reasons) when I was 9 years old. At this point in time I visited the Patrick Street location for the first time. I got my first wig, and with time my hair grew back, only for the issue to reoccur throughout the years. In my teenage years i lost all the hair i had, brows and lashes included, this store was the only place i felt safe to come into.
This may be the only beauty supply store of its kind in the area, but there is another, very unwelcoming, very overpriced, wig store in the Charleston area, unfortunately I have not been keen on the concept of a $700, basic cap, synthetic Hillary Clinton wig.

I have always been welcomed and put at ease by the staff, and often times it has been the highlight of my day, week, month even.
It’s incredibly important in both the beauty and retail industry to have the charisma and kindness the staff all exhibit, faces may blur through a day, especially in a retail setting, but in this particular business you have the potential to touch lives. i can personally say most times i have visited have been some of the most difficult periods of my life, and just the small interactions and new little trinkets brighten my mood and lift some weight off.
I’ve brought along friends through the years who have all fallen in love, and will continue to recommend this establishment to others, because its always been magical to me, even just browsing hair selection, in brick and mortar fashion gives me nostalgia and provides inspiration. Keep doing your thing. You are more appreciated than you realize.

I've bought a few wigs from this place, the workers there are very friendly, and they have such good quality wigs for a pretty good price.

The people were so nice, and helped me buy my first wigs and they had a great selection. I will definitely be back.

In Charleston for training and I find this gem! The staff is AMAZING and so helpful! If I’m ever here again and need beauty products this will be where I go. Kindness really does go far in business.

Wow was I amazed with great service here today me an my two boys went inside look for hair extensions..... they were super friendly and helpful explaining everything I need to know about them!!! I drove good 45min to go there an will be back!!!

They have everything from wigs, extensions, dye, oils, treatments, specialty shampoos & conditioners. They also have a variety of hair clips, earrings, mani/pedi things and so much more! They are always so friendly and accommodating! Def my go-to place!
