Really great store with really great staff. They have a lot of products and helped me a lot with finding products for my locs. They have a variety of products and options with very reasonable prices. Kudos to the good music they play as well.

Very friendly, talkative, caring and loving employees. After leaving a beauty store that was not helpful at all I came upon this one for a wig, one of the beautiful women helped me find the perfect lace front wig. She gave me advice for my burnt ass relaxed head and as well braided my hair up for my new wig to sit over. She also did not want to take my $10 dollar tip, which shows that anyone in there could care less about your money. They all are wonderful at their jobs.

I've been going here for 10yrs..customer service is what I always like here, and not too bad on the prices. Good variety of selections of crochet hair 👌🏾..

Simply amazing! Best beauty supply store in Glen Burnie. Customer service is excellent and you can always find what you need. The staff is very knowledge about the products they carry which is a plus. They also offer military discount. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I have about 3 other beauty supply stores around where I live, including Sally's. This one is my favorite, however. I love Sally's but they don't have a wide selection for natural hair products. On top of that compared the other two beauty supply stores, Beauty Palace has the best customer service. They don't crowd you and ask if you need help 50 million times, but they don't totally leave you to fend for yourself either, if you need help they are there to help. They are knowledgeable about most of the products I ask about and/or weaves I ask about. I hope this place never moves away; it would break my heart.

The staff is great. They helped me pick out two wigs that look great. The knowledge of the product was phenomenal. Chantal was amazing she really knows her stuff. I will recommend them to everyone.

Great customer service! Kia and Jaekwon were excellent! Kia did a great job helping me decide on hair and what method to use to install it. She even went to get the supplies I needed according to her recommendations. It helps that they threw in some free samples with my purchase. I will visit again.

I have been going here years now never had issue w them n they give military discount w valid ID- n no one followed me around n if they did u must of looked suspect lol - great store great people good customer service

Great staff and selection! I have several stores much closer to my home, but I'd rather drive further out and buy my hair supplies from this store.

They are always friendly and helpful. They don't follow you around like you're a thief. This is the only hair store I go to.
