The Home Depot

Big fan of this place. I use the Home Depot app while inside, much easier to find items. Employees are usually not as familiar with locating items. The app also helps with price matching. Sometimes it’s cheaper online. But all together my main place to source material. I don’t go to Lowe’s.

HD is typical box hardware store with competitive prices to the " other" box hardware store. Sometimes items vary between locations. Easy access and parking. Staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful by answering customer questions

I live local to this one so this is the one I visit the most ,it is a larger Home Depot with the best parking, I purchased the most from this particular location, this week i took advantage of a few great deals they had going on for the Milwaukee brand and bought some new tools, this week was buy a starter battery kit and receive a free tool !!! ill take 3 ! LOL :) A great way to add to my already fantastic Milwaukee tool assortment, try out some new tools and power up with more EXTRA batteries as well !!! :)

I've always been a Home Depot fan as they always have what I'm looking for, and then some. Much more so than small local hardware stores. Over the past couple of months, I found myself engaging their online service with delivery. It is superb! Very user-friendly and responsive. Everything arrived within a couple or few days; even some rather large products. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went today to purchase some paint & decided to get a tree while there. Best experience I ever had at Home Depot. The associate Deon went above & beyond to make sure my tree was secured to the car I was driving before I pulled off. Thank you!

Never have any issues here. Just bought a new washer.

We had great customer service from Mia, Paul, and Deon today. We put in a large online order for a bunch of flooring, paint, and wood. They went the extra mile to pull our order even though it hadn't been pulled yet. And were very friendly and nice to work with.

I visit Home Depot two out of three days, I know where 95% of all the items are. Parking is always available and if you are going to Home Depot in on you sure what you need. Look it up online. Because associates are normally busy or understaffed. but for variety 99% chance they will have what you need. We lost a great hardware store in Linthicum that was family-owned but corporate is taking over the world lol thank you for reading and until next time, Godspeed!

Good store. Friendly staff. Helpful. Variety of products. Good parking. Clean store. It's the first time I've been there in years. I will be back.

Well I went in there looking for blinds today and the man named Christian working in the painting department kindly directed me to the person working the flooring department. I have been here before and Tara the cashier is amazing kind and checked me and my mother out as quick as possible.

Shane went above and beyond to make a problem with a grill that I bought right. He was calm, responsive, and super helpful. Excellent customer service! It was the opposite of the experience you'll have at the Fort Avenue Chipotle.

Great store has everything you need all under one roof.

I just had an exceptional experience! I’m having the WORST TIME trying to get kitchen cabinets & hard floors lightly touched up with the right color/stain.
The builders directed me towards HD since I cannot purchase directly from the original installers.
I went to the Kitchen section and only one salesperson who was busy was there. Another employee sitting there greeted me an attempted to schedule an appt for me but the salesperson overheard my reasoning for the appt and kindly interrupted us and said an appt was a waste of my time. She asked me a few questions an proceeded to give me the BEST solution for my time and problem. It took less than 1 min and she was back tending to her customer and I was on my way a happy customer.
Outstanding customer service isn’t the word! I didn’t get her name but she was a older white woman. I cannot express how much workers like that are APPRECIATED! Not to further mention the friendly, professional and helpful workers I encountered in the Paint and Flooring section. Nowadays people report to work for a paycheck and do not care about doing their jobs! It could of been luck but I am very happy with today’s visit 🤗

Fantastic experience. This was not the Home Depot I usually went to but the only one that carried the product I needed. After my experience here, I will be using this store from now on. There was a slight delay in my order being delivered to the store, but it was clearly communicated to me via a phone call by a store associate. When my order was ready, I was greeted by an employee right after I parked at the scheduled pickup time. Multiple store associates went above and beyond in helping me still get my order in a timely manner. The employees were kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable.

Helpful staff and we'll stocked store! The employee at the mountain rd home depot recommended me to come here because this store is more organized and stocked. He was right!

The young Lady who was working in the paint department was fantastic. She explained the difference between the paint that would be our best option to work with. Unfortunately I did not get her name. She absolutely was great thank you!! We were there around 4 Saturday.

Had the best salesperson ever. Riley was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient, offered ideas and just all around friendly with great smile. Wonderful experience after a frustrating day trying to complete a home project. Stores need more Riley's. Thanks so much
