We just visited this store to ask a few questions about our existing account with possibly adding some data packages. We were politely greeted by Gabriel. He was the best customer service agent that I have had in quite some time. He answered every question completely and offered different solutions. With so much negativity in the world, I just wanted to give him a shout out and Thank you, you are awesome! T- mobile- you’ve got a good one!

Everytime I go with a problem they really care and help me out and solve the problem and they have good customer service and they are friendly and professional at what they do.

Came to this store for an insurance replacement after a horrible experience at the T-Mobile store in the Killeen Mall. Micheal, our T-Mobile associate, was very professional, empathetic, knowledgeable (and honest when he wasn't sure, a quality that is greatly appreciated) and had us in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes.

I had an awesome experience getting a new phone and watch earlier this week. The customer service i recieved was phenomenal and everything went so smoothly. Getting a new phone always overwhelms me because I never know which one would be the best for me, but Chris made everything so easy!

Clara was the best sales rep I could've ever asked for. We recently switched from another carrier, and I'm thrilled we did, and she made things effortless.

The staff was in a great mood, very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us get a new phone and I felt like the attention was specifically focused on what they could do to get us the best deals!

Steven was awesome.He service workmanship was 10+. I will be back the other worked with each customer over and beyond nice and cool. They are a great team. The 3 T- Men.

Arrived at location with numerous phone issues, I was greeted with great enthusiasm and energy. David took charge in professionally correcting all issues along with Kristen the manager whom showed great empathy for my situation. I am thankful for this staff and all they have done for me. Additionally Mike was great as well!

My mother came in to have her phone serviced and they were friendly and very respectful towards her. She is older and not as knowledgeable about the products and services available. They were so kind and patient with her. Thank you Christina and Isaiah for making us feel welcomed and meeting mom’s needs. I highly recommend this store.

My parents who are older needed help swapping out their devices along with all their data, pics, ect and raved about how great Steven was. They said he was so helpful, patient, very informative. Never once did they feel rushed. He even stayed after his shift to make sure they were taken care of. Thank you Steven for taking such great care of my parents.

I absolutely LOVE this T-Mobile. I have had great customer service every time I purchase a new phone, or upgrade to a different phone. Gilberto really gives superior customer service. He was so patient even though the store was packed with lots of customers. He provides excellent care and is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. He is honest, professional and doesn't try to up sale which is very appreciated. I hope he gets Employee of the Month, he deserves it!

Michael was an excellent representative. He assisted me in getting a new service and was knowledgeable and courteous in phones and capabilities. All the reps at this location, by observation, work well together and collaborate accordingly. Getting a new service can be frightening, Michael made this very easy! Good work gentlemen!

Steven stayed after his shift to help my family find everything we needed. T-Mobile gave us way lower rates than our previous carrier, better coverage, better service, and better devices. Extremely satisfied!

David is an absolute angel. His patience was endless dealing with my family's broken English and technical difficulties. He went above and beyond with his customer service and was kind and understanding all the way through. Give this man a raise!

Isai Campos hooked us up great job. Super friendly. You could tell from the moment we walked in the store that t mobile cares about their customers we got to keep our phones and our phone numbers with more features and better service on post and at our house. Best part is we are saving over 150 a month great job t mobile temple team.

I have been with T-Mobile for ever it seems. I only go to this store to purchase my phones and tabs. With the help of Alexis my last transaction was seamless. It's people like her that make the experience enjoyable. Ask for her when you go in. Also a side note...I got the note 10 5g plus and where I did not have service before I now do. Belton temple seems to be covered finally!!. Thanks Alexis and T-Mo !

I bought 3 phones from this location on 12/22/2018. I highly recommend this Tmobile location. Jennifer went above and beyond to make this transaction go smoothly!!! She even fought for me to recieve a $450 credit for an old deposit i never recieved back! She was so professional and patient!!! Even the sales manager gave cool blinking new years glasses for 2019 for me and my 3 kids. Just an overall fantastic experience! Thank you!

Very professional and helpful employees. The day I had come in there was a man singing karaoke and while he wasn't any Michael Jackson it was a nice addition to my visit.
