Always fast service and usually has my order correct. Would definitely recommend using the app ahead of time, so you won't be charged for extra dipping sauces.

Drive-thru was very slow, took about an hour to get through. But, the service was great when we finally got to the window.

I’m a bit of a local here and I can always count on this McDonald’s whenever I need some grub. Many next morning hungover trips have been made here and it always makes my day better. Stay goofy

The morning crew is always super friendly and always get my order right.

The food was very good and served hot. Being that they cook the onions along with the burgers now, they taste much better now. The drive-thru line moved quickly, and the food was hot and fresh. I've never had a wrong order from this McDonalds. They are pretty on-the-ball here. Their store is clean, and the employees are friendly. The bathrooms were also very clean every time I've been here.

Food is so much better here then some other ones in the county. Lunchtime drive thru can be a big pokey.

By far the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. My great grandma Susanne Lee would often take me and my brother to this McDonald’s location whenever she could. She fell in love my grandpa Mac right at the booth in the front left corner after he spit in her food for being a loud chewer. They got married 5 years later in the back parking lot in 1976. She would often reminisce about the time one of the waiters gave her 21 McNuggets instead of 20. Should would always order a 20 piece and a Dr. Pepper with no ice. The place was always hopping even before Cabela’s was there. On January 14th of 2003 she was diagnosed with throat cancer right at the center booth closest to the Employee door where they deliver drive through food. It was heartbreaking. She collapsed after suffering a heart attack right there and then once she heard the news, and the staff quickly rushed to her side to call and ambulance and give her CPR. They came and took her to the hospital where unfortunately she had passed away. I miss her dearly, but if it weren’t for the kind staff at McDonald’s she would have passed away in my arms. They now have a memorial for her where a single french fry sits by the corner of the trashcan near the entrance. I still visit from time to time and order her favorite meal. They are so kind and gracious whenever I visit.

The atmosphere, and the energy given off at any Mcdonald's is never an exciting "I love 2 be here" kind of vibe. And the food was a little stale/cold. But as far as the service, Taking my order, money, and getting my order and getting it right, That was good. Usually, McDonald's gets something wrong, whether forgetting something or not taking onions off when asked, ETC... Overall good visit.

This 5 star review is exclusively for the pleasant blonde woman that works the first window of the drive thru. She has great energy and always happy to help!

I'd recommend the owner review phone etiquette for employees. It's frustrating when I choose to a fast food joint for "fast" food and I'm waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Hey, short staffed? I understand. But when I look into the window I've been stopped at for a ridiculous amount of time and see three grown adults laughing showing what is on their phone, texting and not helping get the line going Im tempted to drive off had I not already paid. I don't know the circumstances but at the very least hide it from the customers who are watching you and waiting for their paid for food.

My filet was good as was my McChicken both served hot.

They got everything in my order correct

I originally ordered through door dash, no drivers were available. I drove to the restaurant and the staff was able to get my order done and completed, even right at closing time! Much appreciated and awesome staff working tonight!

I was amazed the place was open at 1am - it's not very common these days. I was starving, so they pretty much saved my life. LOL! The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was wonderful!

This particular McDonald's is in Dundee Michigan the service is nice the restaurants always nice and clean including the restrooms the service is very nice that people are very very cordial and very helpful

It's fast food so that's to be considered but for that they did a great job

Pro tip. When the drive thru line is long park at the mobile order spots and order your food. It'll be ready in 5 mins and is much faster, especially with hungry kids in the car. Trust me, it'll save you a lot of headache.
