Jimmy John's

Drove through Dundee and stopped for lunch. We were pleasantly greeted by a gentleman at the counter and another employee as well. The place was so clean and cheerful and had a back patio and dine in. The sandwiches were fresh and made so well. It was a nice experience.

The tuna sub is my go to. Was disappointed in them being out if sprouts but it was late in the day so maybe that’s a good thing. The bread was as good as usual. The sandwich was put together fast and wasn’t too sloppy. My wife got the Beach Club and thought is was good. The place was clean and the bathroom had some funny signage. I don’t do bathroom pics so you’ll have to see for yourself.

Jimmy John's typically has a very good aroma when you walk in, and this location was no different. The service was very patient with our order, and everything was done quickly as usual. I got the #6 Veggie with added onions, and it was an excellent choice.

Stopped by on our long trip and was amazed! Service was great, people were helpful, sandwiches were perfect!! Bathrooms were clean & the staff greeted us walking in and leaving. Stop here when traveling on 23 near Cabelas, you won't be disappointed.

They are fast ,& quick. Need to listen more about pickles on the side. Didn't get any & another time they put pickles on the sandwich,which makes it doggy

We like Jimmy John's sandwiches. We had never been to this location before. Stopped on our way back to mid-Michigan. Personable staff. "Freaky Fast". Well prepared sandwiches. This location was spotlessly clean. My compliments to the crew.

Clean friendly restaurant with fresh delicious food.
We went during the day and there was a lot of young people working. We were so impressed with how friendly and kind they all were and how clean they kept the store.

Rarely disappointed by Jimmy John's and today was no exception. The staff was top notch. They were all young but so mature, polite, kind and friendly AND made great sandwiches. It looked like they were taking carevof a big order, but got ours done quickly. This was hands down the most 5 star team I've ever seen at a Jimmy John's. Take note because they really deserve accolades.
I swear even our sandwiches were better. The spicey Italian was perectly made full but not messy. Husband got a delicious club. Thank you! !Way to go!

Quick and easy if not a little pricey. Their #11 are my first choice. Their sandwiches wrapped in lettuce instead of bread aren't too bad either.

I went in the other day and ordered, and while waiting for my food I was talking to some of the workers there. I have got to say, they are some of the coolest and nicest people I have ever talked to. I have been there several times and I love talking to them each time. Absolutely amazing group there. 10 Stars.

I love Jimmy John's just for the unwich, but the manager is why I'm leaving this review! Best customer service I've received in a very long time!!
We showed up right after a tour bus of a northern Michigan sports team, and they were ordering $230 worth of food, so pretty bad timing on our part! I work in food service so I was totally understanding that they were busy and it was going to take a little bit longer than usual. The cashier was still just as friendly with us, didn't show any signs of being annoyed by how busy they were and apologized for the wait and that it would take a minute for our food and we told him we understood, no worries! When they were halfway through making the big orders food, the manager called us up to the counter and apologized for our wait and gave us a $10 gift card! I was totally blown away! The whole staff stayed cool calm and collected during that craziness. But that manager totally made my day!! Forever taking my business to this Jimmy John's and I highly recommend everyone else to do the same!!

I order a 13 and asked for my sandwich to be cut in half and it wasn't. When I asked the manager Joshua to cut it he laughed and cut it in half perpendicularly. My sandwich was completely ruined and when I asked for my money back he laughed and did so. He also asked my if I was a rewards member like 12 times and each time I told him yes. In retrospect it was pretty funny.

I’m in this location at 1130 on 2/27/2018. There was an unusual rush of people but the staff was very attentive and i still got my order relatively quickly and correct. It appears the may have been understaffed but you should be proud of the 3 guys you had back there. They stayed focused and worked with pace to get through he rush until back up arrived. Especially the skinny gentlemen who seemed to be directing traffic behind the counter.
