Sheldon and Anthony are a great team. I was able to purchase the AC model I wanted without the fuss of wandering around the store looking for assistance to purchase it. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and ready to help. I like the fact that the team members weren’t aggressive in their effort to make sales. They seemed to care what I wanted and made sure my AC was comparable to my old unit. I got a delivery date within the week. It was a very nice experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The manager Sheldon was very professional with helping me find the perfect refrigerator for my house. He had a great deal of patience and was able to find multiple options for me well within my price range. Adrian is terrific. He's helped us figure out the right pieces of electronics for our needs. He was also tremendously helpful when I brought my elderly parents in to look at mattresses. They were nervous , and unsure of how to make the correct purchase to go with their old headboard and frame. He was patient and kind, while putting them at ease. He guided them through the process and streamlined it, while helping to hold costs in check. Thank you!!

Had a great experience with Adrian S. this month. We got a new dishwasher for ourselves and a TV for my mother-in-law. He compared which dishwashers were similar to our old one while working with our budget and needs. Delivery was super easy and the new machine is great! Choosing the TV was a breeze, and the guys who delivered it were very helpful. I would definitely seek out Adrian for help with future purchases.

The kid Matias brought it out to the car, very helpful and cute, picked up the heavy air conditioner with his humongous muscles like it was nothing , left him a nice big tip. He also complemented my car and shoes very nice kid. I would go back just to see Matias!!

This PC Richards has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I came in with my family to purchase a new TV and was in and out in a matter of minutes. If you need anything I recommend coming here for any of your appliances.

We came in today looking for a new fridge. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Brad. He came over to greet us as we entered. He was knowledgeable and experienced, very honest with his opinions. We were in and out in an hour, with schedule delivery in 2 days. Highly recommended Brad if you're looking for appliances.
