Shout out to my guy Jerome. Very knowledgeable and very patient with me. I bought all of my kitchen appliances and various items in which he gave a lot of great suggestions when I picked them out! I will only work with Jerome, He never pushes you to buy anything. I even had an issue with one of my items and he fixed it right away. It’s very clear why Jerome is the guy everyone asks for! If you need anything he is your guy!

Worked with Cliff, as we needed a new dryer in a pinch, and the whole process was seamless, professional, and a pleasure. Cliff helped match our model of washer, gave us all our options, and was always available if we had questions. The delivery and installation was flawless and professional as well. I will not buy another appliance from any other place than PC Richard from now on, thanks Cliff!

I recently did some work on my house and needed a new flat screen Television and some new air conditioners. The moment I walked into this store I was greeted by a young man who went by the name of Adrian, he was able to accommodate all my needs. I came to pick up the air conditioner I had ordered online. Chris saved me a lot trouble by letting me know the unit I ordered would be a challenge to install, and a unit that size would most likely be unnecessary for my needs. I was in need of a new washer for my family. Having little kids, you go through a lot of laundry. Patrick helped me purchase an awesome washer dryer unit. It can hold my bulky items and cleans everything great. He helped with the measurements to ensure everything fit.

Every time I visit the only one I want helping me is Jerome Q. He is so friendly and sufficient in every way. I’ve gotten more than half of my appliances for my house from him!! Highly recommend!!
