Starbucks

This is a really nice Starbucks. Lots of parking, very close to 101, and open long hours. They also had a lot of merchandise and a restroom. They can make mobile orders in personal cups, which is pretty cool. We had the new lavender latte, which I think tasted like soap. Located behind the Walgreens.

Very good service fast and everything right the first time around. I love their chai tea hot with almond milk.

Of the 7 Starbucks in town, this is the best one. Customer service is consistent, plenty of seating and easy location. They do get behind on emptying the trash and it is not the cleanest place. Even though they remodeled recently, their chairs are very worn... but still, it is the best place for coffee meetings.

I know this isn’t really a space to talk about our previous jobs, but I worked at this Starbucks for two years and loved every minute of it.

The manager, Debbie, made working at this location fun and rewarding. She made sure every employee knew about benefits and opportunities that the company provided for its employees. She was very accommodating to everyone’s schedules as well!

She strives to make this location not only welcoming for customers, but for her baristas as well. Her customer service was inspiring to me and I know I wouldn’t be where I am in my career without her example.

If you want to work somewhere that your manager will truly care about you and your well being, this is the place.

Now about the store itself: this place gets packed out right before school, especially on late-start days. Saturdays are usually pretty busy all morning, so keep that in mind.

There are two separate machines for mobile and cafe orders and the baristas will pull tickets as they come out. Sometimes cafe orders will be made before a mobile order that was placed before for this specific reason. If you see this happen, don’t be afraid to nicely ask the barista for an update on your order. We don’t mind checking for you! BUT be aware that checking on your order can slow them down and in turn slow down the drink-making process.

Please do not be afraid to tell the baristas if your drink is wrong or doesn’t taste right. Starbucks wants to make your experience worth coming into the store for and getting what you expect is a big part of it.

Don’t forget to tip your baristas!

Five people working four people talking, the store mostly empty 30 minutes for two drip ice coffees... mobile orders very slow....do better Morgan Hill.

I enjoy my Starbucks, but more than that, I enjoy meeting people that are friendly and efficient in their job! I really enjoyed Bryn at this location and she did a great job taking care of me. I've been to this location many times and always encounter friendly staff! Thanks Bryn!

Great service! Janelle is AWESOME. When I walked in the Starbucks was a little crazy because one of their locations in town was closed. When I saw this I was super happy I had asked my boyfriend to mobile order for us. So I approached the counter to pick up my mobile order but did not see there yet. Janelle noticed I was waiting and asked what I had ordered since the mobile ordering at their location had been turned off. I showed her my phone and there was a different Starbucks listed for the pick up location! I did not know the app would route your order to a different location when mobile ordering had been turned off. This is the first time I had seen this and I felt bad. Without hesitation Janelle offered to make our drinks for us so we didn't have to find the other Starbucks(we are not local so it's nice when you do not have to try and find something new). She was so sweet! Thank you!

This is definitely the safest covid-19 safety setup I've seen. But it works best if you order ahead. Or, if it's a beautiful day, you can order at the store and wait outside in the sunlight.

Here's how it works. Order online and select the choice for bring it to my car. Then a staff member will bring it to your car. It's that simple. If you walk in, the counter has been moved to the door. There is no space inside to stand.

If it were a hundred degrees Fahrenheit or pouring rain, I think it would definitely be a bit of a mess.

The service was very fast and very friendly. Parking is extremely convenient.

Plenty of seating inside, some seats with plugs. Wifi is faster than most in the area for those large uploads/downloads, or just getting some work done. My order was completed very quickly and all the staff were really nice. I would make this my normal Starbucks for when I am around this area.

Opens at 4am which is pretty cool.

If you have not tried their egg w/bacon gouda sandwich, blueberry scone, or cheese danish - well you totally should! This Starbucks location in Morgan Hill exit from 101 South freeway has a nice size seating area inside. The Baristas are super friendly and make their drinks very well. I should know, I was once a Barista! I would share photos, but I ate that warmed blueberry scone and downed my latte pretty fast 😋

Ameas, Jess, Marcos, Brad and Cythia are good people. They elevate the costumer service to a friendship almost. I forget the managers name but she is every bit as kind and inviting. On a side note, they are quick and dependable. They remember your order and your name very quickly.

It’s like walking into Cheers but they serve coffee! Thanks for always being awesome and a wonderful place to hang out with friends and also meet with clients.

One of my favorite Starbucks location. Next to CVS, and Trader Joe's. I've enjoyed working there remotely for years while drinking my favorite hot or iced bev.

One of 2 primary $tarbucks locations I frequent in our small town of Morgan Hill. Who'd thunk we'd have 7 'Buckies? Was a big deal when the first one opened and we wondered how we rated having one of our own instead of having to drive to San Jose or Gilroy. The ones on Dunne and Vineyard that I frequent know my orders and many of the Baristas know my name (although it is a bit of a revolving door for employees). The long term employees seemed to have settled-in having made a career choice instead of just a stop-gap employment while they go to college. These long term employees are way past the "break-in learning curve" having proven themselves adept at all aspects of store operation and each having developed their own efficient rhythm for keeping-up with order volume when they are in primary Barista role and things get hectic. It only seems to bog down a bit as you'd expect when a new traine is getting up to speed (or flunking-out). Both locations highly recommended.

Great service. Always friendly and mindful as to our special requests due to food allergies. They definitely know how to make a great flat white also!

They're nice, the place is clean, and they were very efficient. Probably one of the best Starbucks I've been to.

It's Starbucks! Patient with the hours-long Wi-Fi campers but quick with the orders. The food is on par with all Starbucks but I must say, the grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing!
