The manager is great at this store! I drive from Annapolis to get such good service. CHAYA - was my customer service person this time. She was over the top great. She is super knowledgeable , patient, respectful. She has a very relaxed manner. I am not too tech savvy and she had a great way of making me feel comfortable asking many tech questions. I was once again very pleased with my experience.

JP went over and above in assisting me change phones and phone number after an identity theft. He provided excellent customer service, was knowledgeable and extremely polite. Should the need arise I would not hesitate in having him help me. Thank you JP!!!

Chaea was extremely helpful and professional. Even after her shift ended and she left for the day, she returned to the store to help us. She stayed until almost midnight to get our account and phones activated. She was very polite and easy to work with. Being extremely knowledgeable in her field, there wasn't a single problem she couldn't fix. Chaea is absolute supervisor material. Verizon should definitely promote her.

This is my favorite place to go to when it concerns my cell phones & tablet. They are always eager to help my family with any needs along with recommendations. The store manage & representatives are always friendly & knowledgeable to help. With professional & friendly service at any giving time.

Travon is amazing, he stayed late and worked hard to resolve our problem. I highly recommend asking for him when you go, he deserves a raise!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Strongly recommend. Had a gentleman named Neil help me out and he was able to accomplish in 10 minutes what three people at Verizon tech support couldn't do in 5 hours.

Stacie & Brandy were amazing, they were super helpful with getting me set up with my new phone after switching from Sprint. They were also very patient when I wasn’t sure which Apple Watch to get and brought every option out for me. They were very friendly and made great conversation too, thank you both for all your help!

Been using this store since it opened. I have always had great service. Today I went in looking for advice and help. Tristyn Hanna provided the help I needed and showed me a few things I didn’t know about my iphone which will help to manage and troubleshoot the phone. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Before coming into the store I had spent several hours with tech support on the phone and couldn’t resolve my issue/problem, Tristyn helped me to work it out in less than 1/2 hour. Great service, great store.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon dealer. Stacey assisted me and she was fantastic. She was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, informative and saved me money. I’ve been a Verizon customer for almost 15 years and this store provided the best customer service I’ve ever received by far! I needed to upgrade my phone- ordered a same day pickup online, it wasn’t available at the selected store when I arrived to pick it up. I was told there was nothing they could do and to call customer service. I couldn’t call customer service- I was upgrading my device because the old one was inoperable. So I drove to this store and in less than 20 minutes had my new phone in hand! Kevin (store rep) made it happen and I couldn’t be more grateful! If you need a phone and a stress free experience- go see Kevin!! Thanks for the excellent customer service!
