I gave a 4-star review a while ago because when we ordered extra onions, we did not get them. But after we complained we have been getting extra onions every time we request them. Service and quality have been excellent.

Caitlin was extremely patient and help me with my mobile app that I always have problems with great customer service and you don't see that and she was pretty LOL

The manager here was so attentive to my needs. I tried ordering from the kiosk first and canceled because it wasn't giving me the deal I wanted but the app said it was valid but since I tried using it at the kiosk it said i used the promo(which wasn't true)so instead I went up to the counter and explained the situation and the manager didn't even make a fuss and gave me the promo which was awesome😊

I’ll be honest, I only stop here for an iced coffee on my way to work so product wise that’s all I can speak to, but they are always quick and efficient. More importantly during an era of dying customer service everyone here is always so nice. This one girl In particular who is often the one who hands me my coffee always has a huge smile, a pleasant greeting and sends me off telling me to have a great day. Unfortunately this is very rare. She deserves to be commended as does her manager.

Come on it's McDonald's.. you can't live off of it but once in a while it's nice to treat yourself

I always get great service when I come here. I usually order curbside pickup just because I usually have bigger orders and the staff that bring out the food are always so nice. Even when I go through the drive-thru the workers always sound pleasant even if they're not having the best day

Great French fries. Cheeseburger need to be bigger.

After a long day of traveling we needed to eat because this was the only place open. For some reason, every restaurant in east buffalo closes at 12pm which is really irritating. Anyway, the staff at this McDonald’s location is SO NICE. They had such a positive attitude and the service was quick- even at 12:30 AM!! The line was huge but they handled it and went through it fast. After a hard day of people being incompetent, it was nice to end the day at this McDonald’s with the friendly folks that work there. Thank you!!

Best McDonald’s or any fast food that I’ve been to hands down. Great customer service, quick and always on point. The manager keeps everything flowing at a consistent and fast pace while delivering great customer satisfaction. Everyone is polite even under stressful situations.

10/10. Where do I even begin? My experience at this McDonald's was probably the best of my life. The environment is extravagant, and the staff was amazing. As I bit into my chicken sandwich, I could feel the happiness of 12 customers before me embedded into my teeth. Wow, what a place. The family environment is crucial to the atmosphere. Seeing the children running around, it reminded me of the days when I lived on a farm and took care of the children that begged for food in our barn. I have told everyone I know about this place. This was probably the best experience of my life. Thank you McDonald's

This location has always been clean and very friendly. I've rarely had any issues with my meals or any of the staff. Always love coming to this one and will continue to do so.

I stop frequently here to buy a large diet coke for $1. It's a great bargain! The employees have gotten to know me and are very friendly each time I go. I use the drive thru and it's very quick!

(12/26/22) Being open during the blizzard showed real dedication to our community and i appreciated their service. Not 1 tim hortons was open, but this McDonalds was full service with full speed.

The drive thru was no waiting. Friendly just what you would expect and a very pleasant girl taking the order and handing it out. Well done

I stopped by at 1:45 on Sunday and every single employee that got my order at the drive thru, took my payment, and handed me my drink was friendly and efficient.

This is a great location. The window girl was very sweet, and definitely gave us the best experience we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s ever

However...$3.19 for a small fry is outrageous!

Very good customer service and the restaurant was clean. The food was hot and it was a relaxing time with my granddaughter ❤ these are the moments in life we live for!

This Oreo Shamrock McFlurry was delicious.. This McDonald's is the best around, as in customer service, accuracy and the employees are always so nice..
