Ray was Great! He was Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained and helped me understand the process as to what they were doing to the car. The lobby was kept clean and neat. No blaring music to deal with. It was actually a peaceful, pleasant experience, unlike some I've experienced. I will definitely be back for further car necessities. Thank you Mavis for having such nice employees!

It was my first time coming here and I was very impressed with the service that I received from Ray and Angelo. I had purchased tires from Amazon and had them installed here, the tires came in earlier then expected delivery and Ray called to let me know that they were in and if I wanted to come in sooner for installation. They were friendly and professional, offered a courtesy check, and Angelo even fixed a clock issue I was having. I will use them for future needs and highly recommend this place.

I came to their store to have a flat tire fixed and Ray really took grear care of me! He showed me where the nail was and said he could patch it but went the extra mile to show me a big gash in the tread also which will definitely be a hazard. So I ended up replacing the tire and also the other right front since it also had 65k miles on it and he gave me a very good price! He put the tires on right away and I was out the door in under an hour. I don't usually write reviews but his service was so excellent that I just had to give him my highest recommendation!

Kyle was outstanding! Very easy to talk to and very understanding. He kept me informed through the whole process! I had brakes done on the vehicle the same day I felt the whole shop was great! Great experience thank you Kyle and crew!! Mavis is the best!!!

Kyle was wonderful through the whole process. Not only did they do an oil change but they let me know that my tires were wearing and that they needed to be rotated. They also realized that the tire pressure sensors were never re-programmed at last tire rotation so they fixed that too. Kyle communicated through the entire process. This was my first time coming to a Mavis and I'll NEVER go back to Valvoline now!

Very helpful in figuring out what the issue was with one of my tires. My tire was always running low, me having no idea what was wrong thought the solution would be to keep filling my tire when I finally got tired of it, I went to Mavis, where Kyle helped me out and take a look at the tire to see what was wrong with it, he was able to find the issue and helped set up to get fixed. Kyle was very professional and courtesy in helping me out.

I was from out of town and my tire air pressure light kept coming up on my warnings. I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me on the highway to get home and was very nervous. I happened upon this tire shop and was so lucky I did. Kyle helped me he took my car in and checked all the tires and then filled all my tires with air. He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I left there with the assurance that I could safely make it home and he was correct I made it home okay. The service from Kyle was exceptional and I highly recommend this tire shop.

Came here to take care of a tire issue i had after dunn tire messed it up. Left very happy with my service that Kyle and Troy provided and will definatley be coming back if i have any other issues. Great guys working there.
