Tim Hortons

They've an extremely friendly staff. They're much less busy than the other tim hortons on Transit Road. They make all the food to perfection and to spite being short staffed as of late they still pump perfect coffee and food out and an extremely impressive rate. Absolutely the best Transit Tim Hortons and the second best overall in the area.

Best Timmy's location, hands down! Friendliest employees, fastest & most efficient service. I'll go out of my way to get to my "home" location if I have to, because that's how they treat their customers :-) Thanks guys, for always serving me a perfect cup!

Vrry nice manager didn't get her name no tag! But this store and workers were Very nice and understand. Made my order and coffee to my liking! Lg 2,Suger, double espresso 10 ice cubes. It was made PURrrfect! The only problem it was way to expensive for me! I will only have to start treating me to one coffee a week. For some reason it was 8.oo $ for one coffee!

Fast service with next to no wait time. If you have oat milk added to your drink you might want to increase the number of shots at this location.

Originally from Forest, Virginia, visiting with my family in the Buffalo area. There are Tim Hortons all over Buffalo, and their coffee is great. We also had donuts, muffins, breakfast sandwiches. My Buffalo relatives love Tim Hortons and all our purchases while there were delicious. I especially like the cold mocha latte.

The line was very long, the worker was by herself and still managed to serve inside and out with a cheerful voice.

Great coffee and hashbrowns. Will be back.

While Tim Hortons is absolutely not my favorite, occasionally I'll get a gift card them for a holiday, and whenever I want to use up the gift card, I always try to go to this location over any other location, because the people here are literally the nicest people ever. I was just in a few minutes ago and they were patient as I'm not as familiar with the menu like a regular is, and helped me get a better deal on a meal and gave me an extra bag of tea in my tea per my request, even after I said not to, if it meant paying an extra fee.
That's good customer service.

Doughnuts are delicious if ordered early in the day. They make their coffee fresh every 10 mins!

First time at this location you have a wonderful manager there we think her name was Katie it was 4th of July around noon definitely go back again love Tim Hortons everybody's like her as a manager you guys are very lucky happy Fourth of July watching her train a new employee very knowledgeable and patient

They make the best coffee/ Ice capps! Always good never disappoints! The only tims that I go to. Everywhere else makes them crappy.

Just opened up a little over a month ago and employees get the orders out quickly plus place has tv on and nice area to read paper or get together with friends!

Counter staff very helpful. Food was quick, fresh, and tasty. Coffee was just as addictive as always
