Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Rosa's is great, busy but great, none of my orders have even been wrong, staff have been patient and very polite. Dining room has always been clean or cleaned right away someone leaves so there's plenty of seating. Lot's to see on the walks and hanging from the ceiling, kids enjoy that too.

We dined in at the new Rosa's Cafe in Hewitt and was extremely pleased with the beautiful atmosphere and the wonderful service we received! I'm not sure if it's the fact that this restaurant is new, or what but every single employee was smiling, eager to serve, and seemed very genuinely happy to be at such a wonderful place to serve hungry customers! This location was extremely neat and tidy, the food was made fresh, and the taste was extremely pleasant for any pallette. The restaurant had plenty of diners, but was not too overly busy. The outside areas next to the building and the parking areas were additionally neat and tidy as well. I very easily give this particular location a 5 star because I couldn't find anything negative going on to dissatisfy my taste. I will visit back again when the new wears down and see how this location stands up to the test of time, but for now go dine in, try out their drive thru or even door dash your dinner and simply sit back and enjoy!

The taco plates and breakfast tacos are simply outstanding, bursting with authentic flavors that keep us coming back for more. The service at Rosa Café is top-notch - friendly, fast, and delivered with a smile. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. A special shoutout to AJ, whose exceptional customer service always brightens our day. His warm demeanor, humor, and attention to detail truly elevate our visits to Rosa Café. We are regulars here and can't recommend it enough!

We needed 15 dozen tortillas for a work get-together. We called around 10a.m. to see if someone could pick that many up around 5:30p.m. They were able to help us out without hesitation. Awesome service as well.

The manger who runs this establishment does a "EXCELLENT" job. When she took a Two week vacation she was definitely missed. The food quality went down. Order was missed up and the onions were already beginning to brown on the condiment bar. When she returned is was all fresh and the food was delicious. Lose the management you will lose some customers. I think a raise should be in order. We'll done manger!

We always enjoy Rosa's. Rhe food is always fast and fresh. I like the beef taco salad as they include refried beans in the tortilla bowl which always gets eaten. 😋

We are a big fan of Rosa's and super stoked it's nearby now! I personally always order #55 and order of sopapillas. Nice environment, delicious food, and perfect for families!

I love this place. Fast service and food like it. I apologize I had the stroke.

This hands down is my favorite place to go when we have the money. If all else I get the pint of hot sauce and chips. Only complaint is when you ask for a pint it should be a pint instead of a small one. But over all yes yall should go.

They have the best trained staff and the best food! Dominick (sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped me out a lot! It was my first time in and he explained the process to me. He was kind, funny and one of the best restaurants workers I have ever met in my life! 10/10! Love y'all for the hard work you do, keep it up! 🥰👍

Not gonna post anything about my experience here but just wanted to appreciate a place that allows their workers to bring their children if no one can take care of them in their absence. I grew up this way when my mom didn’t have anyone to help and her workplace allowed her to take me and my sisters as long as we behave and not disrupt work so she can still report to work. It also helped me realize at a young age as to how much my parents worked hard for us and until now, that inspires me to do my best in my current job. Anyway, if the kid I saw has a parent working there, he’s a good boy. Good job Rosa’s! More places should allow this too that way parents can have peace of mind and still work if no one can babysit their kids. :)

Friendly, quick and clean! Manager brought food to us when we got lost in conversation and weren’t paying attention to the numbers, haha :) Freah grilled chicken on my salad was cooked well.

The service is always SUPER fast, the orders are always correct and the food is always amazing. I love the happy vibes the staff gives off too.

I had a bad experience with another fast food place on Hewitt Drive tonight so Rosa's is where I went instead. It occurred to me when I was on my way there that Rosa's is always fast, accurate and consistently delicious. This happens to be a relatively new Rosa's and I have to say that they have been good since day 1. The staff is consistently fast and friendly. I am very happy that Rosa's opened up on Hewitt drive.

Breakfast is very reasonably priced. Service is quick and the staff is friendly and helpful.
