HGS assured us the stuff was safe. As the manager told us it all arrived on a ship or train in a container. We were pleased; everything spent seven safe months including an extra hot Texas summer, and no air conditioning.

Very helpful service here. Employees are extremely helpful and friendly and do really want your business! Refreshing in this day and age! I hope to be doing business with these folks for the long term.

I kept my stuff in the storage unit for months. Everything was fine when I took them out! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help!

This place is FANTASTIC! Greg and Lee are two of the most helpful and patient people to work with. They’ll do everything they can to help you find what you’re looking for, and explain everything very clearly. No hidden fees here! They provide you with a lock that you get to keep when you finish using a storage space, and always get back to you in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a safe and quiet place to keep your things-short term or long term- this is absolutely the place to go.

Our unit was clean and easily accessible. The front desk guys were very helpful with our crazy move from Ohio to Texas. They were nice enough to check on us and give us water while we moved our things in the Texas heat. Free lock and pallets are included

Mgmt team very friendly & helpful. Had exactly what I needed. All questions answered simply & thoroughly. Whole process completed quickly but not rushed. Unit very clean & ready for use. This is my second time to use HGS. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing! So nice and sweet. I did everything online, but when I went in to the office the guys were able to give me so much more information and able to answer all my questions that I had. I've rented at other places, but this one is the best.

When I arrived in the office for the first time, the managers were both aware of the reservation I made on-line. Lee helped me with the necessary paperwork which we finished quickly. He even helped me set up auto payments. Both Lee and Greg were friendly and gracious. A quick tour of my storage unit along with instructions on how the security gate works and we were finished! I feel confident that my belongings will be safe and in good hands!

Great service! Unexpectedly had to store a vehicle. Very helpful. Phone calls returned immediately. Setup and process to get a storage spot went smoothly. Very clear directions on how to get into the facility after hours. Management is wonderful. Would use them again!

I've been at HGS Self Storage since 1998 'til Now, 2022. Certainly I'm one of the Oldest Tenants!! Ha!Ha! Also had a Unit with them 1993 for 2 years. Entered my belongings into a Unit when I returned to Waco in 1998. They have been Very Helpful, Kind, & Very Professional and Understanding... Many Thanks on a Worry-Free Storage of my Belongings. Never had a Theft or Loss due to anything!!! … I Strongly recommend HGS for the Storage & Guarding of Your Priceless Treasures, or Personnel/Sentimental Belongings. I can’t speak for any of the other HGS properties, what I can say is that Management at the Hewitt Texas location really go out of their way in helping their tenants, I was in a hurry storing my things at this facility and I put them in the wrong unit. A bigger unit. Management got everything straightened up, i’ve had one unit there for over a year and have been very satisfied.
I would recommend anyone looking for a storage facility to look at the Hewitt location first.

Greg was great!! He was very quick with the whole process of the rental agreement and made certain that we understood every aspect. I could not have asked for a smoother transaction.

Unit is in good condition and the whole storage complex was clean and clear of obstacles. Very simple to navigate.

Very easy to rent! This is our second unit from them! We love how you can pay online every month or with an autopay option. Signing up was so easy online with all documents sent electronically.

I left a review early in my experience with HGS and it hasn’t changed. HGS is a professionally operated organization with polite staff. I chose them actually due to the way the manager jumped into action to correct/compensate for the rudeness of a manager at another location. I saw then something I couldn’t see in just an ad: they mean business. And, they stay out of yours!

Great place to store some stuff. Was very excited to see they offered pallets to keep its off the ground and no longer had to worry about moisture buildup on the ground. The employees were very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
