Dunkin'

Been here multiple days in a row. They do a great job making our drinks to our liking. A few of the staff even remembered us & our order. Today we went inside to order & they made sure to greet us while they were slammed in the drive thru. The gal that took & made our order today was super nice & friendly. In the past if we had an issue everyone's been really nice & kind about helping us & our problem!

We haven't been to a Dunkin in years. Where we currently live there isn't one close. We were travelling and came upon this one on our drive and had to stop. The place was so busy between drive thru and walk in. The staff handled it very well getting everyone their order in a timely manner. You can walk up and order donuts first and then go to the cashier for any other food or drinks. The donuts and bagels were the same as we remember. I also ordered a cold brew and it was so good. The staff was very friendly, especially the cashier. He was joking with us and just made the atmosphere awesome. Very happy we stopped! I was so excited to find a Dunkin, I forgot my phone in the car for pictures. My only complaint would be the parking lot and entrance is kind of small and tight for how busy the area is.

I love Dunkin. This location has been great. One critique would be the cups for hot drinks. The lids almost always leak! I appreciate that they fill my cup all the way up but Dunkin really needs to invest in some better cups! This is true of all the Dunkin locations. I happen to love Dunkin coffee. I live about 20 minutes away from this location and I regularly drive out of my way just to get a cup of coffee. PLEASE bring a Dunkin to Shakopee!! Until then, I'll keep driving...

Donuts and coffee! The service is amazing. Prepare to wait in line during the morning rush, but don't worry the line moves fast. The staff is always courteous and upbeat. Frequent to for ones on the breakfast sandwiches. Download the app for reward points and specials. With the app you can or load a card and pay with mobile. Overall great experience send very clean store.

come here very often and love the people! have such a good experience every time with them :). definitely recommend the croissant stuffers! they are HEAVENLY. let me tell you the combination of chicken, cheese, and bacon just hits the spot every time and leaves me wanting more. the seeds at the top add the perfect amount of flavor and i personally love the texture of them too. also definitely have to recommend the hash browns! the bite sized rounds are perfect for breakfast or even a snack. always perfectly crispy, yet soft on the inside. hash browns and croissant stuffers are so amazing, but they wouldn’t be as amazing if it weren’t for the chaska dunkin staff. always working efficiently and always have smiles on their faces. have never had a bad experience here and will continue to come back!

Great customer service! I placed an order ahead and stopped by to pick it up in the morning. The employees working were busy but efficient. My order was ready and everyone was very nice and helpful. Plus donuts were delicious as always.

This Dunkin’ has the best service! The gal Becky was so friendly and smiley she made my morning sparkle! The coffee helped too! ;) very well run Dunkin’! So glad we stopped in while traveling through. Pumpkin 🎃 donut was the best I’ve had! Must try one!

I rather enjoyed my visit to this Dunkin. Everyone seems to be hustling and smiling. It took a tad longer however it was busy, so it was understandable. The food was hot and my coffee was amazing. Good prices.

Ordered ahead on Saturday early afternoon while out on a walk in during COVID-19 (silly me, but haven’t been in the actual building, so thought they may have a counter for pick up), only to be greeted by a drive-thru only signs! Kate, the shift manager, made sure we were still taken care of and even gave us some extra munchkins and hash browns! Will never not say how awesome of an addition Dunkin (and their employees) have been to Chaska! Thanks Dunkin’ for making another day in quarantine that much more bearable ☺

Great location to stop in and get a quick breakfast. Great service and good food. A+

I go there every morning during the week.but my only complaint is I always have to ask for napkins ..and surgar and one time the top wasn't on I spilled all on me.but other than that donut that always fresh and good.

I love that Dunkin' is in the area. I am always happy to stop by and enjoy my favorite coffee. It seems a few people on this site need to relax a bit and stop being so harsh. It is coffee and donuts..ENJOY!!

Very quick service not a long line at all they got my drinks right the FIRST time! I’m going to keep going there it is amazing definitely recommend!i love Dunkin’ it’s better than starbucks!

Ordered 6 pk of donuts and got 2 each of Boston Kreme, Chocolate Glazed, and Jelly. Appreciated it, as all were raised, had "natural taste" :-).

Came here in the evening today. Very nice staff. Specifically the person taking my order. Her name was macy and she was so friendly. I recommend going here.

They just opened here in Chaska and it was a great experience. They are a little busy as they just opened, as expected. Their lattes are good and the donuts are fresh. Good clean atmosphere.

Really cute little dunking donut shop in town. I love the donut selection and great deals!! Super good donuts, my kids love it. Definitely a regular customer
